Consistently high quality food, always with great specials. Their food sparkles with different tastes that come out as you enjoy your meal.
I have dined at Pardo's several times and it has always been good. My most recent experience was the best encounter. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant at our precise reservation time and seated promptly. Our waiter was outstanding, knowledgeable and attentive but not bothersome. Our food and wine was superb. A perfect dining experience.
Pardo’s is an oasis of fine dining in a sea of chain restaurants. The food and service are impeccable.
Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Pardo’s. Lovely cocktails. Impressive wine. Flawless food. Friendly but professional service. What else can we say?
If there is one thing I would change about Pardo’s, it might be to have small plates or light options. Something as simple as offering the market fish atop a bed of fresh greens would do it. Spectacular as the food is, it leans toward heavy and there’s a lot of it.
What a wonderful experience!
Food wasn’t as good as previous visits. Service was amazing as always.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Pardo's. The food was delicious and our server, Kimani, provided excellent service. We look forward to our next visit.
The experience we had at Pardo’s was amazing. It was my little girls sixth birthday and she wanted to eat at a “Fancy” restaurant. Pardo’s delivered on every level. The staff was super attentive to everyone’s needs and made us feel like family. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the food was amazing. The Crab Mac & Cheese is a must!!
It was our first time dining at Pardo’s but it will definitely not be the last.
Waiter was excellent; food was delicious, lots of choices on the menu. Attentive service and good atmosphere for a business lunch.
Excellent, we will go back. The meal from the appetizers thru the main course was just amazing.
We were disappointed with the standard of the dishes we selected. Never had raw scallops before and not what we expected. Salmon entree was paired with heavy sauce and vegetables. Lamb shanks was good as was the brick chicken.
Good news first. It was a very pleasant surprise. The menu online is slightly different from the actual menu. The menu seems “limited” on its selection and you find yourself hunting for something remotely familiar.
Further, there were several “special” appetizers not on the menu.
We ordered two of the appetizer specials. Oyster stew and wood grilled oysters. The wood grilled were very good but not better than chargrilled oysters. The oyster stew was out of this world!
The pulled pork and pasta entree was different but a wonderful surprise.
The grilled red fish and mushrooms was one of the best dishes I’ve had in the entire area!
The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The waiter looked a bit “ruffled” when he introduced himself enough to cause concern. However, he was great...but should take a bit more pride in his appearance.
There was an issue with smoke from the brick oven filling the room which was minimized by them repeatedly opening the front and or rear door. This was annoying and distracting which took away from the attempt at ambiance.
I don’t generally like restaurants in strip shopping centers. Pardos is the best I’ve ever been too. It deserves a better location and ventilation system. However, I think it’s worth a ride from across the lake..seriously! This chef is prideful and talented!
Went for Valentines Day. Everything was exceptionally tasty. The only drawback was being seated next to an 8 top table and so it was a bit noisy. They were having fun though and it didn’t have a huge bearing on the evening. Service was on point and we enjoyed each course. Definitely will be back.
This was our second time dining at Pardo’s. We have enjoyed it both times. Food is delicious and staff is very attentive. There are few options for dining out on the northshore on Monday nights and I’m sooo glad this is an option because it is a treat! Cannot wait to go back!
Enjoyable! Great dining experience!
Great place Menu could be less extravagant add a ribeye and a shrimp dish maybe lobster
It was an all around great experience. I was a little under the weather, but the manager Marcus paired with our server Armani made sure things were top notch. The server even got me a bowl of soup from a partner restaurant to see if that would make me feel better.
We will be back soon. I can’t stress enough what a great overall dining experience this was. Thank you!
As always the food and service was exceptional.
Consistently delicious food with great service. Page and the other waitstaff was always there when you needed them; providing both friendly and professional service.
Wife & I caught a movie & a bite.
Great food, great service, great time! Will definitely be back soon.
Continues to have consistent superior service and menu. Some delightful new fall/winter additons to the menu. The special soup the night we were there was a wonderful butternut squash with pumpkin seeds. New Farm truck salad also has pumpkin and field peas and with the added grilled chicken is a perfect meal. Wine and cocktail list very good and cocktails are also consistent. This places never disappoints!!
We love ❤️ Pardo’s . The food quality & service is outstanding.
Reagan provided an exceptional service and dining experience. Marcus, as usual, was an excellent host. The drinks, dinner and deserts were all superb.
Ryan our server was amazing. Food was divine. Need to update the menu on Open Table. We will be back!
We received a gift card to Pardos. The service is amazing. The food was amazing, though pricey. We would just slow the meal down a bit. It seemed a little rushed. But, I’d definitely go back for a special occasion, and I’d like to try lunch.
What a fantastic experience... been hearing about Pardo's for a while but never got to go until now... service was outstanding, anything you needed was anticipated. The food was a 10 out of 10 on all counts. Had the filet and osso buca and simply outstanding! Loved the ambiance, very comfortable upscale restaurant!
We went early (6PM) and were seated immediately. The service was good.
I loved my starter-Heirloom tomato w crab meat salad on top and arugula
on the side. I got salmon which was wonderful. I didn't care for the carrot
pudding it was on-too sweet for me.
Everyone in my party was very happy w their meal.
We've dined here several times and have always been pleased. The menu was a bit different this time and noticeably more expensive. I ordered the market Fish special and was very pleased. I found the olive and fig tapenade served with it to be slightly over power the delicate fish flavor. My husband ordered a bone in pork chop and he said it was good but he probably would not order it again. We ordered a side of mac & cheese which were very good but unfortunately the brussels sprouts were sent back to the kitchen as I found them to not be edible. I was very surprised the kitchen sent it out that way. Not only were they brown colored- no green- but had a bad taste. Hopefully they will address the imbalance here. We will return to dine there but found it a bit cost prohibitive.
My favorite restaurant on the Northshore for both special occasions and a relaxing lunch. Lovely decor, innovative menu, knowledgeable friendly staff. I absolutely love their mussels in saffron broth with fries. The classic dish of Belgium done extremely well in Louisiana. Also the cherry ice cream is amazing. Can't wait for their new location.
Always the best in food, drink, service and atmosphere !
Great service. Food high quality. Bartender attentive and resourceful with recommendations.
My wife surprised me with dinner on my birthday. Food was delicious. Carrot pudding with salmon was to die for. Service was top notch. Thanks for making my day special.
love the great service, ambiance and fantastic food!! The Best!!
As usual, excellent dining experience. Marcus has assembled a great service staff. Tonight, Landon was our lead waiter, albeit all the staff were excellent. The food was top notch, as usual
Ambience was Good, even though it was located in a strip-mall. Food was Above Average, flavorful, seasoned Well, not overdone . Wine list was mediocre, a few Good choices, not a lot. Presented at the busiest time of the day 1800, obviously, sat for 10 minutes before a waiter stopped to offer us water, kept buzzing by us as if we were not present. Service got off to a rocky start, yet Improved as the evening went forward. Pricing was a little Higher than expected, Chateauneuf-du-Pape pricing on a Meiome budget. Service left a little to be desired, yet would recommend to a friend at a less busy time.
Food was excellent. The waiter was very nice with a good personality but could have been more trained on the various menu items.
Fabulous food and service ! Paige was an excellent server.
