You can build your dinner around a glass, or bottle, of wine. The chicken and the steaks are great, so is the soup.
Food was great but didn’t care for the waiter. Food took a bit of time to get out.
Over priced for mediocre food. Supposedly “Farm to Table”,which really means add more to the price. I couldn’t even get a regular house side salad

I’m a huge fan of Parcel 104. I love their mission to provide locally sourced fresh produce found within 104 miles of the restaurant. Also can not say enough good things about their wait staff. Very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Parking is a breeze and I find Parcel 104 to be much quieter than other options nearby - so it’s a great choice for business lunches.
Parcel 104 is an island of serenity and foodie heaven in the vast wasteland of the Santa Clara highways. Go there—You will not be disappointed. Delicious food and an excellent wine list await you. Service is solicitous and delightful.

Our party enjoyed most of our meals, but the Mahi Mahi was overrated and overpriced for what you get. I personally love seafood and have had much better fish for less. The fish was not that fresh, maybe previously frozen? Certainly the Mahi Mahi dish was not worth the price we paid .
The food is exceptionally good, but they don’t always credit the 100 points for reserving through OpenTable. Again, I did not get the email crediting me the 100 points for this time.
Our server, John W, was very helpful explaining the menu and with recommendations.
The service was amazing but our burgers were over cooked. We received a complimentary dessert as a result. Highly recommend the fries!

In contrast to prior meals here, food was not impressive. Service was "too good" in that they kept pestering us in a business meeting to see what we needed, clear plates (too soon), and get us the check. Then pestered us to pay the check.

Lunch was an Asian salad. I found it between bad and mediocre. Why was there a piece of bread under the salad. My guest had the same and thought the same. I remember the Asian salad at the closed Lion and Compass which was great.
The restaurant provides great quality food but in general overpriced, even for the Bay Area people.
Been there a few times before, however, have not gone there for long. The foods has gone down greatly, plus all of the entree now becomes so expensive, most dishes are > $40 for lunch alone! For the value, I would not recommend it again.

very poor value for the money. the amount of food was not worthy of the price. The quality was ok but not great. I had frequented Parcel 104 till a couple of years ago and I you d the restaurant no longer to be what it was.
Service was very slow. Our drinks came out after our first course was served. We waited almost an hour for our entrees. Wait staff and manager kept coming by the table saying our meals should be served soon. After about 30 minutes they brought us a small glass of champagne. After another 20 minutes or so our food was served cold. Not warm...cold. I was served an entree that I did not order. By this time it was too late to fix anything. I’m sure Bradley would not be happy.
A $50 steak for lunch at a hotel seemed a little bit excessive, so I opted for the $25 hamburger. Let’s jusy say that Red Robin doesn’t have anything to worry about...
We went for Valentine's. They had a preset menu. The food was just ok. It was a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. $100 per couple plus $50 per wine pairing. You had a choice based on a 4 course meal. Nothing to write home about. The wine pairing was average also. We had our first Valentine's here over 10 years ago and we wanted up try it out again for old memories. I wouldn't go back. The past few times (non Valentine's) have been very disappointing.
The service was very good. Our waitress was so kind and sweet. They had a nice quartet playing at the entrance. That was a nice touch.
Parcel 104 is located in Marriott hotel, which is very nice and clean.

We had a lovely Valentine's dinner at Parcel 104. The restaurant was fully booked, but the tables are spaced far enough apart that it never felt crowded or noisy. Service was fine (our waitress looked a bit exhausted, but that's probably normal for Vday), the food was excellent, and the live jazz combo was quite a nice addition.

Delicious meal and absolutely outstanding service. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't have cheaper options for lunch: Their $50 steak is on the menu for lunch, and I'd rather have spent $20 - $25 bucks on a bowl of pasta instead of steak or fish.
Parcel 104 is the best of California cuisine. Typically when I think of a restaurant attached to a hotel, I think sub par. Parcel 104 is entirely the opposite. The food is incredible, surprising, and imaginative and the service is top notch. This is one of the nicest restaurants in the area and we dine here when we want to have a fancy night out. It's my favorite restaurant.
It was our 4th time at Parcel 104. We were celebrating a Birthday, and were surprised with two very nice flutes of champagne. The food was excellent. Our server was very friendly in a very genuine way, while providing great service. We've never had less than great food or service here.

The host and waitstaff were FABULOUS...They smiled and had a smile in their voice, too ...Also. I was waiting for someone and the host went and got me coffee and juice while I waited..He was just GREAT..He didn't wait for the server...He immediately took care of me...5 stars
Every bite was delightful and the quantity of the food was perfect
Quite disappointed by the low value. I reserved for a business lunch on a friend's recommendation. The server easily moved us to a quieter less crowded place as soon as we asked. No issue with service during the meal. However the meal value is not there and I would expect a much higher quality given the high prices. Average chicken salad, OK pasta, good soup and beet appetizer. None outstanding and none worth their price.

We have a business dinner here every year, it is a great place to go. People are friendly and accommodating, great food and reasonable prices!

It is expensive, but always worth it. The food is always terrific & fresh. I love the pork chop and caesar salad.
Our server was terrific, and the ambiance for a sisters' lunch was great. I just can't get my head around a $25 hamburger. You can get one twice as good, and larger, at Firehouse No. 1. If it was wagyu or kobe, then maybe, but the beef wasn't particularly flavorful and the fries were bland.
