We used to be big fans of Parcel 104 and always looked forward to dining there. However this visit was extremely disappointing. The food was no longer the high quality it used to be, which also makes it a bad value. The tagliatelle with pork ragout was inedible -- I hardly ate 2 bites of it and then had to share from my spouse's dish. Our server didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to order something else. With so many other restaurant choices in the area, we have no intention of going back there again in the future.

Maybe because we chose to not do the breakfast buffet and it was 10:45am, our food was cold. Maybe they took what was sitting out in the Buffett and served it to us? Cold pancakes, bacon was definitely not freshly cooked

Parcel 104 is one of our favorite Friday night dinner spots as a family. Since we have little ones, the restaurant has been amazingly accommodating and has sparked more interest in cooking for our six year old. The food is delicious and innovative. The best part is that fresh local ingredients are used for their Friday night menu.

I had the Halibut, which was very good but had to stop eating it due to a very salty(for me) sauce that it came with.

This was a pretty nice restaurant located inside the Marriott hotel. They provided great service and surprised my boyfriend and I with complimentary champagne and dessert for our anniversary celebration! I just wished they had better seating arrangements like a booth available since we did dress up really nice. Otherwise, I had a great dinner here!

Parcel104 is usually very good. There were 8 of us and this time the food was cold and the meat was hard. Very surprised so wondering if they had some issues in the kitchen. Also it took a long time to get the food and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

My wife and I thought all of our dishes - pork chop and the scallops and sausages appetizers - were wonderful. Clever recipes that were prepared perfectly.

Maybe I didn't know what we were getting in for, but "house chardonnay" was $27 a glass. The steak entree was $68. A scallop appetizer (three scallops) was $22. Come on!

In town for an event and this restaurant was close by. We enjoyed very aspect from start to finish. The food was spectacular, fresh, and inventive and our server John Woodward III was attentive and very knowledgeable. We will happily return when In the area

We have been going to Parcel 104 for several years. We go there for special events. This last visit was a mixed bag. Our server was great. It was a Friday night which is why this might have affected the issue I had. We did their 3-course pre-fixe menu. Our appetizers and desserts were outstanding - what I normally get when I visit Parcel 104. Unfortunately, our entrees were less than average - something anyone can make at home without anything special. Not sure what happened but I would expect the main course of the meal to be outstanding but it wasn't. I got the feeling they were just waiting to get us out and rushed the entrees. We also felt rushed to get out - the hostess came to ask us if we were done as they were setting up for breakfast the next day. While I understand that they all probably wanted to shut down and leave, this IMO is a no-no. You don't ask your patrons if they are done so you can do your work, espcially not at such an upscale place that boasts good food, service and ambiance. Maybe the management needs to pay attention to this as there are other options in the bay area and if you want to survive, these little details do matter

Chef's /Mgmt's decision to restrict our 15 person table's menu to just 3 items was indicative of the kitchen's limit or deficiencies. Was disappointing since the restaurant wasn't quite busy and would have been no different than three separate tables really. Food was fine though.

Parcel 104 is my go to spot for business meetings in Santa Clara. They are great for large parties and offer a nice selection of farm to table food.

Generic in-hotel restaurant. Decor is pretty bland
Food was pretty "meh" with the exception of the asparagus soup.
Service was good overall, though they got confused with who got the bowls/cups of soup.
Chicken tacos were almost flavorless. The Cobb salad looked fresh though it was mostly lettuce.

Very disappointed in our dinner here. I picked for a special occasion and thought that the food and service would be worth the cost. I do not mind paying good money but expect good food. They have a very limited selection especially for appetizers. All of the food was just ok but was really disappointed with the steak. Poor flavor and poor seasoning. Expect more for a $59 steak. Paying over $400 for 4 of us would not be a problem if the food was better quality.

Ordered the pork chop and it was a little overdone, not enough to send back but definitely a little dry. Server offered to send it back but because of time I decided to stick with it.

Yes we recommend tasting menu events. We have gone to the Fall Truffle mushroom event twice. The food is delicious, the wine tasting and specialty cocktails are great. We LOVE that there are non-alcoholic pairings that are delicious and equally satisfying for the designated driver.

Parcel 104 is always good every time I go there for a business meals. The food is also good every time. So I enjoy my meal and never get disappointment from them.
