French
Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air." Reservations are not accepted for outdoor tables.

Always enjoy Parc. Food and atmosphere are fantastic. Only drawback to this visit was although we had on our reservations requested not to be seated near the entrance, that is where we ended up.

I had beef bourguignon, companion had trout almondine. Both were superb. Salad likewise. Wines by the glass were pricey but very good. We had a cute view of the street. Everything wonderful EXCEPT very noisy, even at our table which was as quiet a location as the restaurant offered. Trying to have a conversation where you really hear every word is stressful and not entirely possible. As long as that isn't what you need, it's a fabulous place.

Seating very comfortable. Offered us, a senior couple, 3 options. We were pleased with choices. Ambience of dining room on a December afternoon was lovely. Food and cocktails delicious. We’ll go back.

I was very happy with my latest visit to Parc. I brought my friend here for her birthday, as she had never been, and she was delighted with the food and service. Parc is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Philly, and I will always be a return customer. Two things that definitely stand out: 1) Our server Geoffrey was Excellent. He made an already wonderful experience even better. He was attentive, great to talk to, and very accommodating. He brought out an adorable macaroon plate for my friend's birthday, and even brought her a little container of macaroons to take home. He went above and beyond and I want him to be recognized for his amazing customer service. 2) The mushroom soup here is amazing- kudos to the chef that made it!

Little bit behind schedule when we arrived with our reservation, waited for about 10 minutes but not sure if that was because service was slower than usual or if guests were just staying a bit to long. First we had the French onion soup which in my opinion is the best in the city. Server was a little slow but very nice and accommodating. Lamb shank was outstanding and so was the muscles. Would recommend to a friend.

Delicious lunch: crab and avocado salad and warm shrimp salad, shared by two women. Kitchen split the shrimp salad for us; very nice. Delicious bread came with the meal. Terrific waiter.

Always enjoy a visit to Parc. Food is very good quality French bistro style. I particularly like the warm shrimp salad for lunch as well as moules frites. Service is good and location is great. They honor your reservation, but I would highly recommend not going without one since it is a very popular restaurant and gets quite crowded. It is very noisy at peak hours so try to get a table that is a little out of the way if you want to enjoy conversation during your meal.

My partner and I stayed nearby and couldn't wait to return to Parc ! As before, it didn't dissapoint. A rather small menu, yet more than enough to choose from as all items listed are made to perfection. My favorite: Salmon Tartine. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast/brunch. Reservations are strongly suggested for weekends. Enjoy
