Our server Daniel was incredible!
I love Parc, and have begun to sample more and different dishes than when we went only for brunch or dinner. The warm shrimp salad was 6 shrimp, very tasty, nice dressing, not my favorite greens, but overall a pleasant lunch dish. The sea bass I took home to my partner was cooked perfectly throughout, with interesting and tasty sides.
I do have a comment about the attractive presentation of the delicious creme chocolat, which is delicious, but so rich that I'm not able to finish it at the table. The glass container is not something one could take home, and the large takeout container available at the table results in a mess. I much prefer the plastic packaging of the takeout container, which has let me savor it multiple times.
Parc used to be so good but the quality has gone downhill. Service is so slow and the food wasn't what it used to be.
It's like being in a 1940s restaurant. It's so beautiful in there. My friend had the lobster risotto and escargot. He said it was excellent . I had a gruyere omelet and onion soup. Both were great. I also had the cafe Gibraltar. That was the best cup of coffee I had ever had. Strong and rich without being bitter. It was perfect with the milk chocolate pot de creme.
great service with very friendly and helpful staff. food was excellent and made for a great evening.
Everything was superb. Including the heaters outside. Considering COVID I would say perfect but sitting outside (which I asked for) chairs the experience. It was still great. Just not perfect because of traffic and people stopping at our table to talk. Well done
We went to Parc for lunch on a Tuesday. Five stars on the food. The avocado crab salad is addictive. Great escargot. The sauce was very rich and succulent. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only small blips, which mostly happened because it was our first visit and won’t happen again, was being located after check in and getting a table that was hit by gusts of very cold wind when the wait staff went through a door to serve outside tables. Quite cold and windy that day.We asked to move and were promptly reseated in a very friendly and accommodating manner. We arrived early for our reservation as we concluded our business in the city early. We checked in at the desk inside the front door and were told to just go in and that we would likely be seated early. We sat at the bar until it was a few minutes past our reservation time. Went to the check in desk inside the restaurant and asked about being seated. They realized we should have already been seated and very promptly brought us to a table. Again, small small blips that really did not take away from the overall good experience. We will definitely go back. Especially looking forward to the crab and avocado salad...
Please bring back your pre covid french fries!!!! Fresh potatoes please. These are not it!!!
Scallops not great
Parc is my favorite- please go back to pre covid fries!
BREAD AS ALWAYS WAS AMAZING
I have never eaten a bad thing at Parc. The French Onion soup is great and the chicken club sandwich is not bad either.
Love the chalets! Great alternative during this pandemic.
Excellent food and service!
Great food and service. Always yummy!
We were promptly seated and given a bread basket. Unfortunately, nobody came to our table for another 20 minutes. The food was ok, but nobody came back to check on us. It took another 15 minutes to wait for the check.
We made a short trip to Philadelphia over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Parc was one of our top picks, and didn’t disappoint. There were so many choices, selecting just a few dishes was our biggest problem. We went to brunch and saw people enjoying a wide variety of dishes. The service staff really hustled, so our food arrived hot, beautifully plated, and as described. We can’t wait to go back.
Highly recommend. Will go again someday. They made my anniversary special.
I was celebrating my birthday weekend in Philly and Parc is my absolute favorite places to go and again, went above and beyond my expectations. My other party had to reschedule so it was just me and my waitress, Chelsea, was the nicest person to chat to. She made me feel very welcomed along with the hostesses who gave me a great seat under a heater and overlooking Rittenhouse square. It was also a joy watching the waiter Anthony show off his trick with the pepper shaker. Everyone around me was very warm and inviting and the staff had a lot to do with the Atmosphere. They even came out and surprised me with macaroons and said happy birthday. It was a great experience. Also, I can’t forget to mention the mushroom tart and avocado toast are still my two favorites there. Thank you again for a great birthday!
Quick and efficient service. Food was excellent.
Our waiter Michael was awesome. Love the outdoor bubble with heaters. Never disappoint
A date with my husband! A return to our favorite place for the first time in two pandemic years. We were apprehensive, with all the warnings about “less for more” everywhere, we were willing to pay for the magic... but oh, please, Parc, you still have the magic, right?
Right! The experience did not disappoint. The amazing bread basket, the hard cider from Normandy- albeit less drink for my money, but ok! We came 2:30ish, but I was so happy for perfect trout amandine. My husband loved his perfectly done flavorful burger with frites that were so beautifully crisp I had to swipe a bunch. That burger, nicely brown and kind of crisp on the outside and soulfully pink, soft and juicy on the inside- this is what makes his visit! I must also say mention our cheese plate appetizer with 3 outstanding cheeses and great accompaniments, a wonderful cranberry sauce and a pear thing. Beautifully plated with nice honey and almonds. Our server, John, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and made our return extra special. It was great to sit by the window facing Curtis. We are so happy to be back and looking forward to our follow on in two weeks with friends.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at Parc, as always! Parc has such a wonderful ambiance, especially at the holidays. They truly have amazing French cuisine and we can’t wait to return again!
Our brunch at Parc was decent. The decor and tableware are a little tired and want for some care. The bread and coffee delivered before our meal were delicious. I ordered an omelette and while it was oversized, it was simple and tasty. The waiter wasn't as attentive as I'd expect especially with coffee to be replenished. Overall, an average experience that won't necessarily entice me back.
We had requested outdoor dining. It was 37 degrees and windy yet we were comfortable in the Outdoor “chalet.”
Our server was phenomenal! Great meal
Never had a bad meal... consistently exceptional!
We just love, love Parc. Everything about the restaurant is top shelf. Food, service, servers, ambiance Our #1 choice in Philly for brunch/lunch
Previously visited Parc for a Thanksgiving dinner 2 years ago (pre-Covid) It was a breath of fresh air to be back once again to enjoy another wonderful 2021 Thanksgiving meal. Our Server, Rita was FABULOUS! Hoping to see you in the Spring!
I came here on Thanksgiving for a date night. Really nice food and service!
Thanksgiving at Parc is a family ritual almost every year for the past 6 Thanksgivings. Good food, good service and a festive environment.
The Turkey dinner has gone up significantly over the years (56$) but very tasty with ample servings including dessert.
The oysters and cocktails were extra and were excellent!
However, this year the Turkey dinners arrived cold while the one other person that didn’t order Turkey sat a long while while waiting for our meals to arrive almost 15 minutes later. Should have replaced that too or at least taken to the kitchen to keep warm.
The waiter and mgr were apologetic and were truly sorry. It is a sign of the times with staff doing “double duty” with the employee shortage. However, for $500 for four people for a holiday dinner, you would expect near perfection. This wasn’t our first bad experience dining out in these Covid times.
We love Parc and will return but maybe not at holiday season!
Parc gets it right Everytime! I love going around the holidays as the ambience is festive, food and drinks are always on par and service is impeccable!
Great way to enjoy Thanksgiving!
Everything was wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer or more efficient.the extract kindness they showed was much appreciated
Everyone was quite nice. From the people who showed us to our seats, to the waiters and busboys -- the service was great. They even remembered that it was a birthday celebration and brought a free dessert to the table.
We talked about dining here for years. Why did we wait so bloody long?! An incredible dining experience. We’ll be back!
Everything and ever moment was perfect. Best sea food place I've ever been in U.S.
Visiting from MN and always plan a stop at Parc. Had an incredible server who was thorough and delightful.
One of our favorite places; delighted to finally return for dinner. French bistro classics and warm environment combine beautifully. Don't miss the onion soup.
Always love Parc
My only issue was with the heater at our outside table. It was too powerful.
As always PARC delivered We ate comfortably outside on a blustery November afternoon The server was darling competent and friendly The food was excellent And the macaroons were a yummy treat!
