Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    Food took longer than we liked to come out, even though it was Mother’s Day seemed like food was coming out around us left and right. The actual Server was Great !! The duck was not worth 39.00, but the server made up for that!

    Really enjoyed our Mother’s Day brunch. The food is outstanding, the service is attentive without being rushed, and the prices were surprisingly good for a Center City Restaurant (although still not cheap). Highly recommended.

    The food at Parc is just killer. Highlights include the mushroom tart (app), beef bourguignon, and the rack of lamb. Everything I’ve ever eaten here has been superlative. The setting and location are both great. Ambiance is just okay; it’s a bit crowded and loud, but I find it hard to complain about a popular restaurant being packed. Service was subpar bordering on bad last time I ate here. The waiter didn’t introduce himself, ask how the meal was, deliver any drinks or food. It took 15-20 minutes to get bread and drinks to the table. And it took more than another 15 to get my check, during which time the waiter was wandering around our section, not really doing anything, and made eye contact several times. Overall the attitude of the server brought the experience down a star.

    Great service, our server explained the proper pronunciations, and gave us history of the dishes. Love the Restraunt. It reminds us of Paris.

    Everything was delicious but we were a bit disappointed in the serving size of the duck entree given the price. Other items were more than enough. Our server, Danielle, was lovely.

    Dining at Parc is always a joy, especially outdoors on a beautiful spring night. The bread is the best anywhere. I always enjoy the onion soup.
