Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    the food is fine. it’s bistro food and apparently well-known for just that. It is unbelievably NOUISY. LIVELY does NOT cover it… never again.

    You can always depend on Parc to deliver great food at a reasonable price. It’s very consistent. The menu is very French bistro-ish and the meals are always as good or better than many restaurants in France. Omelets are delicious but for brunch I recently had the quiche Lorraine which was fabulous. The only slight negative is that the noise level tends to be high but that is my subjective opinion and a lot of guests like the energy level.

    Always a wonderful experience. Even for 3pm on a Tuesday, there was such a great vibe and everyone was sitting outside on a beautiful day, overlooking Rittenhouse Square. It has the feel of a Parisian bistro and you absolutely MUST make reservations, even on off-peak hours. The bar vibe is nice and there is a mix of singles hanging out on the outdoor cafe tables and the bar, to family lunches, business gatherings, and girls lunches- always amazing. My fave is the Moulie Frites (mussels with fries) and a glass of white wine.

    Durwood who was my server made my lunch à fine dining experience. Durwood was attentive without hovering or being obtrusive. His timing was impeccable and he left an appropriate amount of time between courses. The trout amandine was exquisite with the brown butter and lemon sauce and an ample serving of haricots verts. As always, the bread was worth the price of admission. Parc remains one of my favorite Philadelphia restaurants!

    Best mussels I’ve had in a long time! The broth was rich and decadent, but not too heavy. So delicious.
