Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic.     Food and wine were excellent - everyone in our party of 4 was happy with both. Service was also excellent; our waiter gave good advice on wine and food, with just the right level of attentiveness and good timing. The noise level was deafening, however. This was a factor not of crowd size - tables are spaced generously apart - but of design and materials. If you just want to eat well, Parc is a good choice, but if you want to have conversation, it is difficult.

    I had my birthday dinner with my four friends. Food was amazing, drinks were amazing, dessert was amazing. The service was over the top, McKenzie was amazing. She was the perfect blend of professional and fun. The presentation of the chicken liver pate is over the top, simple but absolutely delicious. Will be returning frequently.

    The service by Richard was exceptional. I had the oysters and the Chilean Seabass, which was cooked to perfection.  my partner, had the French onion soup which was to die for and a few appetizers for his meal. It’s a little pricey, but it was for Father’s Day and a special occasion. Thank you.

    Yesterday I went to Parc for the first time and my server Brandon was outstanding! I asked for a recommendation for my entree and it was to die for I had the trout and green beans. My appetizers were amazing as well the ricotta ravioli and French onion soup & please don’t get me started on the dessert!

    Service and food quality was subpar, which was strange because normally Parc is amazing on both categories. The waiter rushed us the entire evening and the shrimp cocktail tasted like it was sitting out for hours. Maybe it was just an off night.
