Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Parc! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly. I had mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and had a table preference, and it was so thoughtful that both were taken into account. They even congratulated us, which made the evening feel extra special. Highly recommend!

    Have always loved the Parc but was so disappointed today. Front desk staff were very nice. Unfortunately our waitress was sullen, didn’t smile. Took our beverage order and then virtually demanded we order breakfast straightaway. Our breakfast came, but our beverages were nowhere to be seen. Asked the man who delivered our breakfast where they were but was told it was not his job and he walked off. Had to go to the front desk to ask where our beverages were. They eventually arrived after that. Our breakfast was cold, we ordered poached eggs and they came hard poached, not runny at all. It just seemed there was a disconnect between staff, everybody had their own function, which resulted in a lack of customer care. By the way our waitress did not smile at all or was courteous. The only smile occurred when the check was bought to our table, presumably thinking about her tip!

    Wow, this is an exceptional French restaurant. The service was truly outstanding. He was on top of my gluten-free needs and anticipated other aspects of the meal. Each course was as memorable as the next. The sea bass was to die for long with the accompanying gigantes beans. I keep thinking about this meal and want to go back again tonight.

    We had an early dinner after running errands in the city. Talbert was an excellent waiter. He let us take our time over our drinks and wine. Perfectly paced. The food was very well done, both presentation and flavor. Always a fun stop.

    One of our go to's. Always delicious bread, right on Rittenhouse square, good food. Since it was Wednesday, I got the lobster risotto which was yummy and not too big a portion. One thing I learned this time after years of dining here is maybe don't order cocktails off menu, I asked for a whiskey sour and I think that's what I got, but it was served in a tall glass with ice. Interesting. My husband's cocktail, which was on the menu, was very good. And his steak frites, which is his normal order. We'll be back.
