Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    We decided for hoers d'ovre. The mashroom tart is nice and easy, the tartarre, charcuterie, and chicken liver are typically french style, delicious! The atmosphere is very nice, but the place is pretty crowded. Sitting outside is very enjoyable because you can face the Rittenhouse Square.

    I had requested a special table location for our celebration and it was delivered. I was so happy that the staff at parc knew of my request and made it a memorable evening. The service was outstanding and food so delicious and presented in an elegant fashion. Definitely worth having this dining experience. Congratulations to all the people at Parc.

    Fantastic French inspired food, yet fresh, light and delightfully modern. 5 star bread, soups, mains and desserts. We would dine here daily. Only drawback was the pounding music at brisk pace, often atonal jazzy, beating base and very loud. Since it is a densely packed and huge restaurant, the noise level was extreme. The wait staff was terrific, the food hot from the kitchen, the attention perfect. 5 stars for food and service, 3 for atmosphere for their music choices that you can't completely hear anyway no matter how loud. Love that it has take-out options and open all day.

    Outside dining with our small dog, service was pleasant and efficient, food delivered as expected. Tasty meals with no complaints. Great experience!

    It seems that special requests submitted with the reservation are not being acknowledged. I understand the success the restaurant has achieved over the years, and I appreciate the convenience of having lived across the street for the past 14 years, but with the rotation at the front desk, the personal touch they once had has diminished.

    We always have a great time when we come here. It's usually after one of my daughter's concerts. This time her grandmother was with us and all had a great time!

    Food was good as always but our waiter could not get it together! From serving us the wrong food to giving us the wrong bill (less amount than I know we had) to giving us another bill charging us for items we didn’t order! No apologies or nothing just “oh let me see what’s going on”. Unbelievable! Dined here several times but I’m certainly going to take a break for a while!
