Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    It was such fun!!! We go as a trio with my daughter for special occasions, Christmas Eve day, New YearsEve Day. It's always delicious and special. This was the first for Bastile Day and we are going to make it a new tradition!!! 😍🤣🥰🍷😅😂🥲 We come just for fun my husband and I, we'll be back soon!

    Fabulous meal! Had the cheeseburger and it was out of this world. You must try the frozen espresso martini for dessert. You won’t be disappointed.

    Everything I ever ate at Parc has been delicious. To start, the bread is fantastic. I ordered the hanger steak, it was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. My husband had the Lamb shank which he thoroughly enjoyed.

    I booked the wrong day, but staff were extremely accommodating in finding us a table and helping me get out of the pickle I was in!! Food and staff were amazing!

    Had my birthday celebration with brunch at Parc. Service and food was excellent, was so excited to hear added back this week the tomato tart! Also spritz it up. Thank you Parc for making the start of the day of birth special! Love you guys!

    The last time I was in Philadelphia was in 2020 and this restaurant has been in my memory ever since. If you’ve never been to Paris..This is the closest you’ll get. The staff were all incredible, from the hostess to my amazing server (she gave great recommendations and had my allergies in mind the entire time). Brunch was a lovely experience and I had a great seat by the window to view the park/ people watch. Also a special mention to the Manager, thank you for taking the time to ask how my experience was, it’s a small gesture that would make any guest feel appreciated ! There is a reason why this place is on everyone’s to-do / must see list when visiting Philadelphia so go ahead and make your reservation now !!! Eggs Norwegian 10/10 Crème Brûlée 10/10 Bread basket 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Service 20/10

    This was our first time there, and we loved everything except the noise level and the music that was playing. For a French bistro, we would’ve much rather preferred French music rather than what was being played. Edith Piaf would’ve been a much better choice! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and it was a very difficult to hear one another speaking across the table because of the noise, however, everything else was excellent! Our directions for seating in a more quiet corner were followed, so it wasn’t as noisy, I guess, as it could’ve been! The noise was the only downer! When we come again, we will definitely ask to be seated outside!

    Food and service here has always been top notch! The warm shrimp salad is outstanding! The tomato tart was everything I didn’t even know I wanted. Flakey, tangy, sweet, I highly recommend.
