Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic.     Way too noisy. Couldn't carry on a conversation. The restaurant appears to have done little to nothing to control noise. Little to absorb excessive noise.

    Parc is always consistently excellent. You can order anything and be assured it will be delicious. The bread us exceptional, are perfect and desserts, especially profiteroles which are a must.

    To be quite honest, we LOVE Parc! We’ve been dining here 10+ yrs. The biggest concern is the service. Our last few times the service has gone down hill. This last experience was truly the pits. Our waiter was indifferent. Slow. Attitude to the hilt. Forgot a few items just because he just didn’t care. We celebrated a birthday and the special dessert came out. We did not order it, it just showed up a few mins after the desserts we ordered arrived. And he charged us for this “special BD dessert”. He ruined our experience before that and for this, hope he knows who he is and can understand how important good service is. I must say he was not even that busy, so that’s my review.

    We had a wonderful dinner. Artichoke app was a little greasy but delicious, tuna carpaccio perfect, as was the green salad. Was thrilled to see the skate on the menu. Wonderful, but it needs a different potato- or something. Those potatoes were the only thing that disappointed (and we didn't eat!). Loved the lamb shank too!

    We were seated under a fan and it was kind of uncomfortable so we asked for it to be turned down it was not. It is my favorite lunch spot in the city
