   We had a drink at the lively bar where the bartender told us about the point policy which I in fact had. The drinks were delicious! We then had a nice table by the fireplace where we had the most delicious Caesar salads to start along with bread service. Mr Gill took great care of us by letting us have a small tasting of wine prior to choosing . We then had an amazing chicken Parmesan and salmon.

   Excellent restaurant for getting together with colleagues or friends. Easy parking. Professional with friendly service.

   We had a nice later lunch and enjoyed sitting on the patio. Steve and Rebecca greeted us, Jimmy our server was great and both Alina and Ronnie dropped by to say hello. Great people, food and service.

   Our waiter tried hard but just wasn’t up to par. The worst was when he brought over boxes for takeout and then proceeded to dump the food in front of us into a box. It was not appropriate or appetizing. We can prepare our own take away if that’s the protocol. Then he proceeded to stack all the dirty plates with a lot of noise and piled them so high. PLEASE instruct your waitstaff not to stack plates!!!! It is so gauche and improper.

   Our wait person was great.. Unusual for an Italian restaurant to run out of olive oil or their eggplant dish. The reward system is very good was able to actually use an $80 reward . Good food & good value!

   My experience was great and the food was fantastic. The two meals that we chose were perfect and I would recommend this restaurant anytime. The manager Miss Brenda was on top of her job and very pleasant.

   Papa Razzi is a lovely restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is excellent, as is the food. We didn’t feel rushed at all and we totally enjoyed our dinner at Papa Razzi.
