Then your eye will be drawn to the kitchen, which is in full view from both the ground floor and the mezzanine, and where chefs prepare everything from scratch. Appetizers at Pan Bon include crudo del Cavour, polenta e funghi, and zuppa del giorno. For your first course, try the ravioli radicchio, tagliatelle verdure or penne al pesto.
