   I have been going to the Palm in various locations for many many years and Thanksgiving at the Palm in Orlando was a tremendous disappointment. I had requested a booth a week before the date and when we arrived they sat us at a table in the isle where when anyone who walked by they were prone to kick my chair. So annoying. I asked to move and they put us in a private dining area but I once again was seated in a walkway that lead to the hallway so lots of kicked chair and loudness to deal with. It took forever to get our meal and when it arrived was cold. So after the salad it was a good 20-30 minutes before the entree arrived. Just an overall very bad Palm experience.

   Despite being quiet when we arrived, food took a long time and was barely warm. Looked like it been sitting a long time before being served.

   The food was absolutely amazing! We had Calamari Fritti for appetizer and it was so good, for dinner we had the bone in ribeye, crab stuffed sea bass, center cut filet and chicken parmigiana and all the dishes were very good. No complaints from anyone. When staying at the hard rock hotel in universal I highly recommend eating dinner here!

   The Palm is awesome but the server constantly tries to mark me up, I mean the Palm is already expensive enough, he asked my 12 year old if he wanted a "starter" French Onion Soup (the kid already order a steak and fries, I mean c'mon) and then tried to mark us up on Dessert/after dinner drinks after we said no to dessert. I've had this waiter before, he is more like a salesman than the warm experience I would prefer at such a dinner.

   Great meal! Wine and drinks perfect. Fun group of friends who visit the NY restaurant were pleased with the Florida version.

    Had to ask for bread, brought out a much cheaper bottle of wine than what we ordered, was my birthday but no recognition after booking this with that occasion, lights at table very dusty.
