    Much improved experience. Nicer interior atmosphere interesting menu options attentive service. Maki rolls were actually great shareable appetizers (more than enough food)

    We went to Palisade to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and service was great, he loved the food, we were seated by the window and the views were beautiful. Dave was great, if you are seated in his section you are lucky!

    The view and food were amazing. Unfortunately, the service was less than desirable for this type of restaurant. I don’t like complaining, but we couldn’t believe how poor the service was. Food was forgotten, appetizer plates were not removed before main course, and there was just a lack of service. It really took away from our experience. We won’t go back to this restaurant.

    The restaurant was mostly empty, maybe 10 tables filled. We were seated quickly, were given water by a “busser”, quickly, then waited 15 minutes for a server to come by our table, before having to ask. The best service we received was from the younger gentleman who brought our water at the start (though we were never offered/given a water refill over the course of the night. The elegance and finesse of Palisade was missing. I’m sad to leave this review.

    The views were outstanding and the restaurant felt roomy and open. The food was a little below average in preparation but flavors were good. Beer list was very ordinary with no local offerings which I think isn’t right for such a pricey restaurant in a city that highlights local beers. Same with wine list. The location is very isolated and seems to serve folks coming off of and preparing to go on cruise ships. I probably would t go back but we did enjoy our meal and the great views. Noise level was low which was also great.

    Morgan was a very attentive server and made sure everything was to my liking. Views of marina and Mt. Rainier were gorgeous and atmosphere of restaurant very pleasing. My diner was excellent and I highly recommend the Prime Rib.
