We ordered dinner to go (social distancing). The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The food was packaged perfectly and travelled well back to our home. It is so important to support the restaurant community during this time. And, it is nice to have a great dinner. We ordered steak and the stuffed shrimp as we thought they would travel well, and they did. Great job, and thanks, we will be back.
We had a great time. Good and service both great. Thank you! Thank you
The view is amazing, service is excellent, food delicious, and you can hold a conversation. 👍🏼
Incredible service and delicious food. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with indoor ponds and trees. The view of the skyline is unbeatable. The food was superb.
We LOVED our meal, atmosphere and service. We've already told several friends about our experience. We will be back.
A great date night!
Got a coveted window seat.
Food and drinks were delicious.
We will definitely be back!
Wonderful Anniversary dining experience! We would definitely return again.
Thoughtful staff as always, unbeatable view, and though we had a too-dry halibut, they fired up a different piece and were very kind and understanding. Nice to be one of a few scattered tables on a Monday!
We brought our visiting Fulbright student here for her send off back to Thailand. We all enjoyed ourselves! The server was attentive & professional. Food was delicious.
Fantastic food, beautiful setting, service could have been better, but overall a great evening.
Server spaces out my Eggs Benedict until I felt that I had to remind him while I was having desserts; blamed the kitchen and said that someone should have brought it. Took a long time to bring my orange juice, had to remind him and told me that it took so long because it was in another area of the restaurant and of his section. By the time you add up the tab for 2 people and tip (I still left 15%) it was $140. Oh! No "goodbye" or "thank you" from the host staff who were too busy chatting. I have experienced better. The food was good but the buffet line was not well maintained and sloppy. Will not be back.
Great food and service and view. Worth it. Go for brunch
Great food and drinks with excellent. I took my wife there for our 28th anniversary which is on leap year day so it was our first anniversary on Saturday since we got married. It was an extra special day and they went the extra mile to deliver.
I will go again.
Food was lukewarm and not very good. Extremely disappointing. The server was very nice and did the best he could. The manager took a meal off the bill but it wasn’t enough. We have been disappointed there before and it happened again. Sadly, we won’t be back. Palisades has gone so far downhill. Such a beautiful view but doesn’t make up for poor food quality, uninspiring plating, and food served at the wrong temperature.
Palisade is one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate our special occasions. So when they sent me an email of their special leap day deal, we decided to celebrate the leap day with nice three course dinner. Dinner was delicious and service was great. We really had a nice Saturday night evening enjoying great food and views. We used their valet parking and was pleasantly surprised that there was a bag of cookies in our car thanking us for dining with them. It's a small thing but it was a nice treats to end our wonderful evening. Thank you!!!
We love Palisades - the view and the location and it is a go to restaurant for celebrations! Our meals were delicious, but we had limited service once we received our meals. Our drinks were empty for quite some time and we did not see our waiter to try to get additional beverages. He did have a couple of large tables that he was serving, but we definitely would have had additional drinks if we had been able to place the order. Loved the birthday card on the table and the special treat for our birthday boy as well as the cookies left in the car by the Valet. Regardless of the slower service, we will definitely be back!
The dinner was not the best. The king crab legs were dry, the prime rib was tough. The highlight of the meal was the sesert!
Food was great. We got chicken, crab stuffed prawns, and prime rib with the leap day 3 course menu, and child's chicken meal. The shrimp plate followed all the others by about 20 minutes, so my wife just started as the rest of us were finishing. Creme brulee, key lime pie were also great as were salads and clam chowder. It was a bit darker than we would like.
Best overall restaurant in Seattle ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Palisades is my go to restaurant for special occasions. The food and service is always excellent and the views of Seattle make the perfect backdrop to a wonderful evening.
Best brunch in Washington by far! Highly recommend to anyone who loves food and mimosas
I was there for Brunch. I was expecting more for the price.
Great night out. Window seats are breathtaking
Always a great experience, recommend it, especially for the food and the views!
Excellent all around.
Palisades has a great brunch! It is a must try! The people next to us were celebrating their anniversary and the waiter brought them a special desert with happy anniversary... nice touch!
Good selection for brunch buffet, all tasted great, service was also great. Beautiful view
As usual, outstanding service :) worth the drive!
As a repeat customer Palisade always has great food, great service and, of course, a world class view!
Spectacular! This was an ideal location to celebrate a special occasion!
Food was tasty but had way too much salt. Crab cakes were also too dry.
What has happened to Palisade!? Two of us arrived, admittedly late (8:40 p.m.), but it was a Friday night and no one was there. I like dining late, as the noise level subsides once people start to leave, but usually when I go out around 8:30 p.m., even on weeknights, quite a few people are still finishing up.
I frequently dine in upscale restaurants - Dahlia Lounge, Andaluca, Il Terrazzo Carmine, etc. - and always get excellent service, even as the crowd diminishes. In this case, it was obvious that the chef and the servers could hardly wait for us to leave. I don't blame them, as so few people were still in the restaurant, but if you don't want to seat people after 8:30, then you should let them know. We ordered salads. My guest had finished hers, but I was only half through. But the waiter brought the entrees anyway and we had a mess trying to fit everything on the table. I wanted to keep my salad, but he kept trying to take it away. After that, I felt rushed and uncomfortable about holding up the wait staff people who obviously wanted to get out of there. Also, the table for two was way too small, even if we hadn't ordered salads. I don't know if all the tables for two are that small, but if so I would advise you to get rid of them. We were constantly shuffling things around to make room for the bread, the salads, the entrees, the water, the drinks, etc.
Finally, I ordered the prawns stuffed with crab. The food was delicious, but I made a mess trying to get the shells off the prawns. I love the idea of consuming both prawns and crab together, but by the time I hand-wrestled the shells, my fingers were greasy and I wasn't enjoying the experience. Cooking the two seafood items together is a great idea, but someone in the kitchen, or serving at the table, should do the job of eliminating the shells - like when lobster is served in the shell, but then the waiters remove the shell.
Their lunches are lovely! I the sole stuffed with crab in a lemon beurre blanc sauce!! Yum!!
