The menu didn't have much variety probably because it was a lunch menu. The food was okay. I would eat here again if I was around the area.
So overpriced, and under-rated! My husbands $50 steak was rock hard, the bass was over-rated, and the scallops were fine. But worth $218, with the living wage surcharge? Nope.
Great service, great food, one of the best views in town
Have loved this place for a long time. This visit the food did not seem as up to par as previous visits.
Went to Palisades for Father's Day Brunch. I was surprised to find out once we were seated that Father's Day Brunch is considered a "Holiday" and cost of the brunch higher than the regular Sunday Brunch and he bottomless mimosa's were not available. We were seated at the upper deck so view was still nice, but not as nice as those lower by the window.
Overall, the food and service were good, but not worth $150 for two seniors with no drinks.
Father’s day brunch, always so great!
Great food but the selection was sacrificed for additional seating. The desert selection was not up to par. The charcuterie was the same. Service and ambiance was great as usual but it didn’t overcome the steep price for the limited selection.
Celebrated my Anniversary with my wife; staff, food and service was fantastic. Love the jumbo prawns, salmon and crab/lobster bisque.
Great view at sunset, food was delicious and service was awesome.
We celebrated our sons graduation from high school. It was a wonderful dining experience and the food and service were amazing as usual.
We went for an early dinner at Palisade. We were tempted by the steelhead on the prix fixe menu but opted to order off the regular menu. Every dish from appetizers, salad and entrees to desserts were well-presented and delicious. The halibut was extremely well-cooked. Many other restaurants in Seattle over cook halibut but not Palisade. Black cod was tasty with just the marinade and didn’t need the accompanying sauce. Staff was very attentive and we never felt rushed. Will return.
We had a great table with a fantastic view of the bay. Our server, Todd was excellent and was very attentive without being overbearing. He took the time to go downstairs and get key lime pie from the bar/restaurant below when my mom wanted it for her birthday and Palisades didn't have it. I have no idea if the two restaurants are related or not but this was a great gesture to make up for running out of sea bass a few days before we arrived( which is why I brought my mom there for her birthday). This was our first experience with Palisades and my first booking through open table. If I'm back in the Seattle area and want a great meal with fantastic views I will return.
We were looking for someplace special to celebrate a 50th birthday and we found it at Palisade! The wait staff were so friendly and everyone at the buffet tables was super helpful. We are definitely remembering this place for our family events!
Had my wife’s 40 birthday here. Brought the kids and MIL. Absolutely hit a home run with this reservation! Waiter was personable to us and the kids. The table had rose petals strewn tastefully and a hand crafted card wishing my wife a happy birthday. The decor, food, and scenery make this a must dine experience. The valet took our family picture, for a perfect dinning venture. Thank you so much!
The brunch buffet was awesome
I loved the variety, I wish I could have tried everything, but I brought my daughter and my ex-wife for a graduation celebration and they literally only ate about 2-3 items that were offered and then they were done. Because they ate so little, I wasn't going to just keep eating while they sat there waiting for me to finish. I think that if there were other options (like to order off the menu) I would have saved about 100.00 on breakfast. I understand that their lack of eating isn't really a reflection on the food here, I just wished that there were options.
I would most likely come back to try it again when I'm with people that can appreciate good food.
The oysters were milky and too big and the mimosas were warm other than that it was good.
Had brunch and celebrated my son graduating high school. They left a sweet note for him on the table. Our server was outstanding! The food was delicious. The mimosas we unique and creative. The view is stunning. The overall atmosphere is up scale but inviting. We love coming here to celebrate special occasions over brunch!
The evening we ate at Palisade was absolutely amazing-clear, warm and sunny. There were four of us celebrating a birthday. The food, service and ambiance was great. It is a terrific place to show off Seattle. In particular I like the pools of steelhead snaking through the huge and open dining area. The restaurant's huge windows look out to a marina and the downtown skyline. We watched tankers, ferries and cruise ships sail Elliott Bay. It was a treat!
We took my mom for her 75th birthday and it was fantastic! The staff was so nice, our waiter recommended great dishes and the manager was so nice! I’d definitely recommend & return to Palisades.
This was the second major, special life event we celebrated at Palisade, and we will come back for more. Seven people were in our group. All of our food was excellent. Our sever was outstanding. The view is always fantastic.
Have not been in a few years. Food was great as usual. Great service too. Dining room could use some updating. Loved the view, service and food!
Great restaurant with delicious food and an amazing view.
Our server Tom was outstanding. He asked what the occasion was and I told him it was my wife's and I anniversary and he went the extra mile to make it special. He placed a card on our table with rose pedals. Also for our dessert he wrote, "Happy Anniversary!" This made this evening special for my wife and I. Exceptional service. The food was amazing. Would dine here again.
Palisade is our go-to place for our anniversary as well as occasional dinners out. Their regular menu is great, and an extra good deal is their weekday early seating fixed price menu of three course dinners. Wow!
Great food and love view of water
A wonderful experience as always. Palisades has been a favorite of ours for years and never disappoints
Palisade is my go-to spot for a fantastic brunch! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, the view is beautiful.
Amazing! Had an absolutely wonderful dinner, thanks for the great service!
Been to Paslisade before and loved it. This time, Saturday night, they were not prepared for the crowd. Very slow in the kitchen. They apologized many times. Calamari and salads were good but our Salmon was not worth the wait. Just mediocre. For the price we paid we expected it to be excellent. Very disappointing.
Our Saturday brunch experience was great. Free parking at the marina in specific locations when dining for under 3 hrs. Wonderful service. Seated at a table near the window looking out towards Elliot Bay. The bottomless mimosas were delightful. The brunch selections were perfect. Ordering an eggs benny from the server at the table is a must those who enjoy them (perfectly cooked as ordered and savory). If you plan to partake in crab, be sure to ask for cracker and specialty fork. I am usually not a fan of French toast at brunch, but made an exception here and was rewarded. Wonderfully delicious using thick brioche. The prime rib hash and au gratin potatoes had great flavor. We used gift cards purchased at Costco with zero complications...
Very nice buffet on a Saturday. Lots of good options including eggs, various meats and seafood, pastries and more. There was enough of a crowd that the food never sat for long, but I also never had to wait in line to get food.
Went there for my daughter’s graduation dinner. A bit out of bitten path and going there took us 45 min. Complementary valet service well made up for the extra driving time. Hostess was courteous and accommodating. Server was friendly and attentive. Oyster for appetizer was fresh and delicious. Good beer and wine selection. Halibut was excellent. No noisy patrons made the dining experience delightful; although restaurants have little control over what type of guests to serve, diners tend to congregate to places they are most at ease. View of Elliott bay is priceless.
Excellent service. My daughter enjoyed the lobster. In my many visits for lunch and dinner, I’m always disappointed that only one risotto dish with vegetables is offered for vegetarians.
Thank you for making my husband's birthday lunch so spectacular. Service was FANTASTIC. The meal... DELIGHTFUL.

We took out of town guests and they had a marvelous time enjoying the views of the marina at rainier and downtown Seattle as the lights came on! Our food was lovely. And the service is attentive but not hovering, just right.
wonderful meal and a great setting!
Everything was great, the appetizers and cocktails, but the main course was “meh”. The pasta had a very strong flavor and the consistency was not very soft. Overall, I would try it again, but pick something else.
Went to celebrate with my new fiancée and the experience was great! Service and food were awesome as well and the view was amazing!
The food, setting, and service was excellent. Even the weather cooperated!
