We arrived early and enjoyed cocktails at the bar. We sat in a spot where we could see the bartenders creating mixed drinks. Some were expertly crafted and some shocked to see the bartender grabbing olives out of the jar with her unwashed hands. This restaurant was recommended to us for a special occasion. After my experience, I would not recommend it for a special occasion or even a date night. The restaurant was not busy. There were not too many places to sit because the ac units were dripping on many tables and chairs which may explain why it smelled like a wet basement in there. We ordered burrata and Mediterranean flatbread for appetizers. We asked the server if he could put our appetizers in while we decided on our mains. He brought our burrata and said the flatbread needed extra time. He wanted to take our dinner order and we asked for sparkling water. After a while he came back to tell us that the sparkling water was warm and would need ice. We passed. Finally the flatbread arrived where we were told our mains were ready but will be kept under the light. When my mussels arrived 10 out of the 12 were edible. My guest’s chicken parm was tough and dried out. Things like this can happen and in this case it did. I am always honest when I review a restaurant. This was not a good place to celebrate an anniversary. Knowing what I know now, I would have only ordered that flatbread with my wine at the bar. It f you want to try Pacci for dinner, I hope you have a better experience.

Wir kamen nach einer längeren Fahrt im Hotel an und hatten einen Tisch für das Abendessen reserviert. Die Host teilte uns einen Tisch in der Ecke direkt am Eingang und Fahrstuhl zu - dies wäre der bei Gästen beliebteste Tisch! Auf unsere Bitte erhielten wir widerwillig einen anderen Tisch mit dem Hinweis, dass wir uns nur auf eine Seite setzen könnten, da man Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hätte und diese auf die andere Seite tropfte. Nach nochmaliger Bitte erhielten wir dann einen Tisch in Restaurantmitte. Hinweis: Es war nur ein weiterer Tisch besetzt! Der Service war unmotiviert - Brot erhielten wir nur auf Nachfrage. Bei den Entenbrust Bruscetta waren die gerösteten Brotscheiben so hart, dass diese nicht essbar waren. Wurde dann wenigstens nicht berechnet. Ansonsten war das Personal nur mit sich beschäftigt un ziemlich gelangweilt. Schade, keine Empfehlung!

Good quality meal at a very reasonable price. The chicken was not dry. And pasta was very nice with a good amount of meat.

When you walk in there is not at all an “Italian” feel at all to the ambiance. The choices on the regular wine list were very overpriced, but the “specials” were reasonable. There were only two servers that I could see, but Marc was solid. The food was good, but again pricey. The dessert menu was also limited that night.

Absolutely the worst dining experience we have ever had!!! Had been once before for dinner in a Friday evening and the food was pretty good. Had the Mediterranean flatbread and 2 orders of the Bolognese and Caesar salads. All were good. We decided to have my birthday dinner on July 8th (which was a Monday). The place was basically empty. The host was very nice and so was the server. The table we sat at had a condensation issue and was dripping from above - not that bad though, so we dealt with it. Had cocktails from the bar along with the Savannah Salumi appetizer - hardly any meats and cheese on it but lots of crackers! A rip off for $28! Caesar Salad tasted like bagged chopped lettuce and bottled dressing. Bolognese was tasteless compared to the last time. We sent it back. Brussel Sprout salad was equally tasteless and added shrimp had no taste. I ordered the Branzino which looked nothing like Branzino - smelt fishy, which it shouldn’t have. It was on a bed of tasteless risotto. Not to mention how small the size was for $36! We sent it back. I am very convinced the chef was not working that night and can’t imagine who was handling the kitchen. Extremely disappointed with every aspect of the evening although I must say the server tried her best to make us happy but she didn’t have that much to work with. Will never go back there again! It’s a shame to throw away good money for such terrible food! Unbelievable!

Service was totally awesome….Rebecca took great care of us - excellent service!! The food was delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant be added to your list when visiting Savannah!

There was no host or hostess when we arrived at Pacci, and it took awhile for a waiter to seat us. He was the only waiter that evening. My watermelon salad was good except for the watermelon pieces, which were not ripe and half white. My pasta Bolognese had lots of pasta but very little meat sauce. To top things off, I was charged $17 for a virgin cocktail. When I asked the waiter to correct the bill, he told me it was the restaurant's policy to charge the same price as the cocktail. This should be printed on the menu, or at least the waiter could have told me when I ordered it. Very disappointing meal, especially since it was the last night of our vacation.
