   We did not have a good experience. Service was good but most importantly the sushi was not. We sent back the fatty tuna as it smelled very fishy and the hamachi belly was tough and had bones in it. The Uni met our expectations. A disappointing dinner…

   Hands down THE best tuna sushi I've had in the city! This place is pricy but you definitely get what you pay for... I also tried the wagyu steak (great) and the duck gyoza (amazing). Waitstaff were very knowledgeable. I would absolutely return.

   Food is fine - it's too loud in the glass area, but lunch seems to always be sat there and the food takes FOREVER even when you put it in as soon as you sit down and a sub-60 minute lunch turns into 90

   First time at PABU celebrating our 16th anniversary. The food was incredible! Can’t wait to go back.

   Sushi and sashimi were not fresh. Fries and karaage were decent but overpriced for what they were. I would skip Pabu altogether and not recommend.

   Ordered the Omakase and was highly disappointed. Many of the dishes seemed prepared earlier in the day. Nothing special and overpriced. Avoid. We would have been better off with standard rolls and nigiri. Would have saved $200-300 for our group of 4. Cocktails were tasty and interesting.

   I celebrated my birthday and anniversary with my wife and our friends. We did the Omakase and I can't believe how much fun it was. Fei and Gio made took charge in creating a memorable time. The food choices were exotically tasteful and beyond what I could've asked for since it was my first time trying a tasting. Pabu truly sets the bar for customer service, presentation, and quality. Every single staff member is friendly, kind, and uplifting.

    Pabu continues to be my go-to restaurant when entertaining out-of-town guests. My friends from New York and Los Angeles were just as impressed with their dining experience. The food, the service, and the ambience were all world class!
