The malbec was great with my wife's steak, we immediately left afterwards to go get a bottle for home. We did sit outside and had a train go by once, but beyond that it was normal volume for being close to a road. I had a great time, it wasn't too crowded, and as stated the waiter was on his A game for even the most minor items. By the Allegheny River in Pennsylvania lies the borough of Oakmont where several U.S. Open golf tournaments have been held. This Pittsburgh suburb derived its name from a black oak tree that originally served as an important landmark. Oakmont residents and visitors like to head toward the river when they're hungry.
