   Great hostess experience - thank you Zoe. And a smooth and professional waitstaff. The meal was delicious. While the restaurant may not be the quietest or most intimate, the food and drink selections are fabulous.

   Our initial welcome was a hostess that was pretty rude to us. We asked to sit outside and she said "go ahead and see if there is a seat". We thought that was pretty odd. Why wouldn't SHE go and check on a table for us. It was confusing because usually you need to check in with the hostess for a seat unless you're sitting in the bar. Our server was very nice, but lacked knowledge of drinks (we asked for a martini "up", and she didn't know what that was. Our mushrooms were forgotten and we asked to just forget about them. The ended up arriving halfway through our meal, cold. She said she wouldn't charge us for them, but they were not good. We had an ok meal. It wasn't anything spectacular. The drinks were very expensive, and simply not worth it. Overall, just ok.

   (1) As a regular customer for several years, Oswego Grill / Kruse Woods is my GO TO restaurant for both business and personal reasons / events. (2) I would like to give a SPECIAL Shout-Out to the Dining / Service Staff … especially the Food / Beverage Server IRMA !!!    Great dinner with friends, my wife had the Mahi Mahi tacos and said they were packed with fish, so much so, she had leftovers to take home. I had the braised short rib dinner with mashed potatoes and carrots, which were delicious. Our guests had the fried chicken dinner, which they enjoyed and the kale and salmon power bowl, which could have had a little less kale and more salmon and other ingredients. We also enjoyed the small donuts with caramel sauce, yummy! Thanks for also having some great NA options for those of us not drinking alcohol!

    Was a perfect evening for Mother’s Day dinner. Staff was attentive and efficient. Prices were very reasonable especially in this economy. Is one of our favorite places.
