New twist on classic dishes @ this restaurant! Mango margaritas are the best. 😋 All 6 of us had different entrees and we each loved our selection. Friendly staff, great customer service. Gets really busy. Best to call ahead for large parties.

Food was tasty but arrived cold. The service was terrible, I had to go to the bar to get drinks after waiting for 30 minutes while eating chips and salsa. Food was good but took almost an hour after ordering and arrived cold. The waiter had too many tables so took our order and delivered the bill and that's it.

A great find. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is festive (also a bit loud). It's a bit pricier than typical Mexican, but the food isn't typical.

It's loud, very very loud. So loud the server mis-heard our order, but fixed it without complaint. Portions are huge, even the appetizers. Which is good, because the food is not cheap. Decor is delightful.

Took my family on Saturday. Everyone loves their food and enjoyed the lively ambience of Ortega. The margarita are not your traditional and if you choose the different fruit flavors )we chose (Mango) you won’t be disappointed !

I made a reservation for a special birthday celebration. I specifically told them it was a special occasion. The hostess even called me to confirm the reservation which I again told her it was for a special evening. When we arrived the seated us in the bar right next to the service station where the servers pick up all their drinks. It was such a busy corner and certainly not a table for a celebration. Our waiter was just too busy to even care but did try best he could. When I mentioned this to the hostess on our way out, she just said sorry and have a nice night! With drinks and dinner, the bill came to over $200. This is not the service that I expected. Do not celebrate an occasion here. Just walk in and go to the bar...you will get what you expect.

Though we live almost 40 mins away, my husband and I always make Ortega 120 our go-to spot for special occasions. Last night we came to celebrate his birthday and, as usual, it was great! The fantastic house margaritas were on point (I want that recipe!!), food was top-notch, and service excellent. We had the pleasure of being served by William for a second time last night and we have to say he is amazing. Always smiling, friendly, and fun! Thanks for a great evening!!

I took my mom for Mother's Day. I was extremely bummed because I had no idea it would be a buffet. I was looking forward to ordering from the regular menu. I was not informed that it would be a buffet. The food items served were just okay. There was nothing for my toddler to eat and they wouldn't let me order her a quesadilla off the menu. I normally love this place which is why I made a reservation there but it just didn't do it for me this time. The price of the buffet was not worth it at all.

Ortega 120 was better than good, but I have had better. Ample parking, open table worked and we got in right away which was nice. I would say the presentation of the food was awesome and the food was better than good. I felt weird liking the brussel sprouts more than the carne asada which I feel should be a staple of mexican cuisine. It was way too LOUD and hard to hear from dinner date.

Wouldn't be my "go to",but wouldn't rule it out either.

Great tasting upscale Mexican cuisine without being too pretentious. The service, though extremely friendly, can be a bit sluggish. However, I've never had a bad meal. The decor is 100% committed to a dia de los muertos theme which I love. A must try.

I loved the Dia de las Muertas decor and they had many food choices for everyone - meat lovers, vegetarians and vegan. The chips and salsa were very good. The Margaritas were fresh and good. The food portion sizes were just right with a bit to take home. The place is very loud, and a bit dark for reading the menu, but it was so much fun looking around that I didn't care. I would definitely go back.

Fun place with good food. As of late, the parking has been getting difficult. Yoga class Friday nights, 5 - 6. Takes all of the parking. Had to circle for 15 minutes in the structure to find someone pulling out. We find it best in early afternoon. fewer people and a nice quiet atmosphere. Dinner time, you have to sit right next to one another to hear each other speak. Carpet is not recommended for restaurants, but it would go a long way to quiet things down.

This is a great place to experience quirky, tasty "mexican-esque" cuisine. The chile relleno is delicious, as are the street tacos and carnitas.
You absolutely have to make a reservation though. If you don't have one, the pretty hostesses are cold and impregnable. But they will fawn all over you if your name is on their list. And the staff will herd you out as quickly as they can, but they will be polite about it and do it all with a smile. So, enjoy the food and find some entertainment in the trendy, "teenager" staff!
