We had a lovely dinner and fantastic service. Our waiter, Raphael, was so pleasant and professional. He was knowledgeable about the menu and recommended we try the silver/white salmon as it is a rare treat when available. It was delicious. He ensured we had everything we needed and truly added to us enjoying our anniversary dinner.

Our server was disappointing. We had to pull the special out of him, with no elaboration on the dish, and he rolled his eyes when I asked for pepper. The food and beverages were tasty. The atmosphere was relaxed.

I think this is a good restaurant. I had the seafood chowder, the fig salad, and the chicken fettuccine and a glass of Barbera. I think the service was very good and the food was good as well. The restaurant gets 3.9 stars on Yelp but personally I think it is underrated. I would give it a 4.3 on Yelp in my opinion.

Top service and outstanding food quality. Prices are moderately high but super worth it. Compared to recent "cruise ship tour" pricing, this is an amazing value. We spent $150 for two which includes drinks, app, entre, and a single desert. (we had to pay $50 for a god-awful breakfast buffet near McKinley) We are so happy to have had this restaurant recommended to us by our kayak guide.

Very nice ambience. Clean, hip vibe, friendly. The food for four adults ordered separately things off their menu and all were very complimentary. The bar was good and had a couple Pinots and Sauvignon Blancs that were excellent.

The halibut was great. My wife ordered the strawberry salad and it was as if they pulled it out of the freezer. The server was new but lack any knowledge of bar drinks. They comped the salad and gave us a free dessert but I won’t recommend this place.

My wife and Iwere anticipating dining on Alaskan Giant Crab Legs and willing to pay the outrageous price of $130. pound. Much to my disappointment the size of the Giant Crab Legs were at best a medium size. The waiter was waffling regarding the size the restaurant was offering, so I showed him a picture of the Giant Crab Legs I purchesed at Costco. The waiter admitted that what was available at ORSO was substantially smaller in diameter and length. I purchaed a bottle of wine from the restaurant and not one time did the waiter offer to make an effort to replenish our empty wine glass,

Excruciating slow service that caused the meal to be unacceptable. For a Monday night the restaurant was very crowded and even though we had a reservation, it didn’t seem to matter. Food was decent enough when it FINALLY arrived but waiting forever with no explanation from waiter made for a dinner that was unpleasant. We wouldn’t return and neither should you. They don’t deserve your business.
