   Outside building is falling apart. Food not nearly as good. Presentation a big thumbs down. Prices through the roof! More money for much less. We used to go monthly. Now only because someone gave us a gift card. Waiter was really pushing the $115 ciopinno and $110 surf and turf. Disappointing.

   I expected much more for the prices that I paid. Very slow service, my filet mignon wasn’t cooked as I had asked, even after sending it back it was still undercooked. I was there much too long when dinner was for only 2 people. I don’t plan on going back.

   Another spectacular meal @ Ophelia’s! Sienna was our server extraordinaire throughout the beautiful evening. Chef Nick is nocking it out of the park!

   We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Ophelia’s. As always, a great experience. The hostess was very welcoming. Our inside table was along the glass which gave an unrestricted view of the harbor. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. She didn’t make us feel rushed or ignored. The food was outstanding. Wife started with Foie gras and I had escargot wrapped in pastry. We shared a King crab bisque which was excellent. Wife had Alaskan halibut & I had a very wonderful king crab, Maine lobster, scallops, calamari in a saffron sauce over gnocchi. Dessert was a chocolate cheese cake dish. Delicious. Our favorite Sarasota dinning spot for sure.

    On their website the menu included Rack of Lamb. It was replaced with Leg of Lamb for Easter. The toughest piece of meat I ever tried to eat. I chewed the first bite for a long time and couldn't swallow it. I ordered something different and a half hour after my wife finished her meal I still had not got mine. The service was terrible. There was no discount on my bill and I was only offered a free dessert. Worst $200 meal I ever had and will never go back there again.
