   The beach view from the dining area was outstanding. We ordered avocado toast, coffee juice and eggs Benedict. One hour later we still had no breakfast. The eggs finally arrived and the sauce eggs and potatoes were cold. My husbands " toast" arrived after my eggs. Apparently they forgot to put in the order. Terrible service and kitchen. I spoke with the manager who stated his apologies and was going to comp both the main breakfast. In the end they only comped the eggs Benedict. We have no desire to go back beach view or not.    I review breakfast on the dinner questionnaire so now the review for dinner. We ordered the flat bread pizza, and the olive oil bread ,cocktails and a bottle of sake. 45 minutes later we had food.. Then our cocktails came. No sake. We approached our server who stated she thought ( never assume_ )we were ordering more food. She should have asked at the beginning when we wanted the Sake. I asked several people including a manager for extra warm pizza sauce. It came when we were almost done with our food. Not acceptable The highlight of the evening was Maximo who was thoughtful. conscientious and ready to learn We will not be back

   I have been coming to Oceana for over 30 years. I frequently come on Thursday nights because of the 50% off bottle of wine promotion. I get to have a 50% discount off of my favorite wine Pinot Noir Bella gloss. Tonight we were informed that Bella gloss was not available for that Discount this evening. We specifically came as we have done for maybe seven years since that promotion started. I told the manager of how long I have been coming to this restaurant and asked if the manager could make an exception. He replied in so many words “the rules are the rules/ too bad we have other very nice wines. Come back again and maybe you’ll be lucky to have your favorite wine on the soecial discount, another time.” The catamaran used to be friendly flexible and valued me and my friends who frequent this restaurant for years and years. This mechanical rigid attitude was a big surprise for me after 30 years. I wonder if I will continue to go here anymore.

   Go here. Go hungry. We suggest you order for one and you will both be happy. Food allergies were addressed better than we have ever experienced. Friendly people serving excellent meals is a superb combination.

   My family and I had the BEST time while dining here. We had front row to the beach and were able to watch our kids play on the beach while my husband and I enjoyed a nice meal and relaxed! The service was so kind and friendly! The steak and apps were wonderful as well. We loved it so much we ate here back to back nights!

   Although the restaurant was half empty we had to wait for the kitchen to catch up to be seated. Once seated the staff was very friendly and informative. However, the rib appetizer was over cooked and cold. We waited 45 minutes for our entrees. The food was incredibly over priced and portions small.

    Our order took forever. Told there was someone new in kitchen but nearly 2 hours for dinner? Waited 30 minutes for dessert and it only came when I complained. Considering for the last 20 minutes we were the only people left in our section, can’t say it was busy as an excuse.
