   The food is very good and the decoration of the restaurant it's stunning and classy, but they need to improve the service quite a bit. I arrived to my reservation on time and even though the restaurant was almost empty, they made me wait at the lobby, I believe they should offer a welcome cocktail, this would make a more upscale experience ( the place deserves it ).There was very few tables dinning and the waiter kept disappearing for long periods of time, I also ordered a good wine bottle and he was trying to serve my glass super full every time he appeared, I felt rushed, also he was not clearing the table and not giving any explanation of the dishes ( which I expect to have on a fine dinning restaurant ). The ambiance it's too quiet in the terrace, I'd understand if it was in the interior, but in my oppinion the space needs a little more energy. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Tartare and it was excellent, the Twin Lobster tails were a little bit small but the flavor was ok, the whipped potato was really tasty and the dishes had a great presentation. I didn't feel like ordering dessert and I wasn't offered to get one either. I'd give a 3.7 stars overall, hopefully next time I visit with my wife and little daughter, they had take a possitive action to these details.

   It was our 30th anniversary and no one said anything and it was not made to be special. Disappointing.

   Happy hour was fantastic. The lounge has a nice ambiance. Unfortunately the table next to us decided to blare their speakerphone during the entire dinner (not sure why people think this is ok - extremely disruptive to fellow guests) and waitress dismissed our complaint. We have enjoyed Ocean Prime for many years due to the classy atmosphere but will now rethink a return visit.

   The receptionist ignored my presence for 5 minutes whole she was handling the phone. Perhaps the need better staffing The waiter was excellent, attentive and everyone’s food was great.

   For a high-end restaurant, we were rather disappointed in the quality of the entire meal, from start to finish. The crabcake appetizer was second rate. There weren't many large pieces of crab, but rather small pieces and lots of bread filling, so it was mushy. We've had much better elsewhere. My house salad, the apple, walnut and goat cheese salad was not good at all. Rather than using high-quality lettuces, like you'd expect in this type of salad, it was mostly iceberg lettuce, and bits of romaine. I expected interesting greens like arugula, red leaf, perhaps some baby spinach. Then all I found were tiny bits of walnuts, slivers of apple. It was obvious this salad was premade and held in the refrigerator because it was quite cold including the plate which made it taste like the refrigerator. The worst part was the NY strip steak. Mine was tough and chewy, even though I asked for medium rare. So disappointing. The lobster tail was good tho and so was the sourdough bread. Our waitress never came around to ask how we were doing. Finally the general mgr did. We told her about the steak. She was very kind and replaced it with more lobster. We won't be going back again and I can't recommend it.

   Vinnie was a great server. Very attentive. Calamari might be the best I’ve ever had. Pineapple drink is amazing if you like spicy drinks. Halibut special was SO good. Husbands steak didn’t have a great flavor, would not pay $82 for that steak again

   I appreciate the beautiful setting where we sat for our Easter meals. The food was delicious and we had great service. Couldn’t ask for more!

    Warm cinnamon bread was fantastic. Less excited about CrabCake Benedict and the surf and turf. The crab cakes usually have more flavor and the breading on top of bread didn’t work for me. Needed more contrast I believe. The surf and turf was just okay. Service was perfect as usual. I love this place and would still come back for brunch and try something else.
