Like its predecessors, Insignia's inspired menu features the finest prime dry-aged steaks and the freshest Sushi & Seafood, including fresh whole fish, served up in a chic, elegant atmosphere that is also a feast for the eyes. Picture a historic North shore mansion with cedar shakes, quarried stone and a beautiful turret combined with the energy and vibe of a trendy Las Vegas restaurant. Welcome back! The safety of our guests and staff remains our number one priority. We have recently installed a new Merv13 filter system that removes 85% of Covid particles to further insure a safe and healthy indoor dining experience!
Please note the following:
Reservations are required and must be made online or by calling H2O in Smithtown. We currently can accommodate parties up to six. Due to our limited waiting area and compliance restrictions, we have implemented a table time policy. Parties of two may stay for ninety minutes, parties of three to six guests may stay for one hour and forty five minutes. In accordance with government guidelines, you must wear a mask on site. We provide contactless payment, digital menus and/or disposable paper menus. Popovers are back; served for one dollar each.

Chop Shop’s menu specializes in a variety of sizzling steaks, fresh local seafood, exceptional pasta dishes, seasonal specials and delectable house made desserts.
Open for dinner, reservations are accepted for all size parties. Chop Shop also offers a function room, accommodating private gatherings for 6-20 people, available Monday through Sunday.

    We had the wine dinner. The soft shelled cram and branzini entries were wonderful. The upside down pineapple cake was as well. The wine pairings were great, and the service excellent.
