Nuvolari’s is a warm and inviting Italian restaurant, nestled on the Northshore of New Orleans in Old Mandeville. For over 40 years, loyal customers have enjoyed Italian food, friendship and celebrations around our tables. Nuvolari’s menu features traditional Italian fare alongside creative fresh dishes. Dining options include intimate indoor seating with a relaxed exterior patio. We offer Happy Hour in the bar and patio Thursday from 4:00-6:00. We also serve Lunch on Friday from 11:00-2:00. Our wine list is appreciated by both connoisseurs and newcomers, with a diverse selection by the glass and bottle.

Tiffany, our waitress, was great and the overall service was quick and professional. But, as many others have noted in their reviews, it was very loud in there. Unfortunately, we were seated near the bar and there were some overenthusiastic drinkers who were talking and laughing so loud we had trouble hearing each other at the table. But when they left, it was a much more pleasant experience. The food was great, as expected. It's a little overpriced in my opinion.

We all got seafood - softshell crab and flounder - and it was all delicious. And the service was fantastic as well.

We love Nuvolari’s. The food was amazing. It can be noisy. My only complaint was that they did not have hot tea and I don’t drink coffee.

Having very private moments and waitress kept interrupting. All she needed to do was look at what we were in middle of and walk away. She stopped 3 videos of me reading our vows.

Tonight, me and my wife celebrated 2 years of marriage at Nuvolari’s. Truly a great experience, I asked them through OpenTable if they would be able to have flowers prepared at the table and boy did they deliver. Just what I asked for, a small, but beautiful bouquet. Humble, but elegant. The food was outstanding and our waiter was very kind and informative about the menu and drinks. 10/10 would recommend.

Seated quickly, excellent service. Prices a bit high, but then again it was "Mother's Day" pricing. Menu limited, but good.

The drinks were made well. All food was prepared perfectly with no exception. The pasta, seafood, and steak plates were properly prepared and delivered quickly on the first go around. Desserts were equally perfect. Kudos to the kitchen and waitstaff for a great evening out!

Wonderful Easter brunch. All food was delicious, crab cakes exceptional . Service on drinks from bar a bit slow, but a great, enjoyable experience. Our waiter, Liam, was outstanding!!! Ask for him when you next go.
