My husband and I went for Sunday lunch to celebrate a special anniversary. I contacted them ahead of time to ask for a quiet table. They were so accommodating and made us feel welcomed. We had the salmon and the kitchen was open to some requests off menu. We truly had a wonderful experience. North Italia never disappoints with friendly staff and delicious food.

Overall I was shocked at how long it took for someone to come greet us at the table to even bring us a glass of water. We arrived at 8pm, reservation was for 8:15…they seated us no problem. We sat there not being acknowledged for 15 minutes, while the waiter who was waiting on the 3 other tables in our row fluttered around us. It wasn’t until 8:15 that some other waiter came over and took our order. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. In addition, this was a special occasion celebrating getting a Masters Degree. The least we were expecting since it was noted in the reservation was a congratulations dessert or even a free dessert such like a birthday. We have come to North a plethora of times before, but this time was extremely disappointing and made us feel like our presence was not valued.
