A Northern Italian kitchen inspired by the Bacari of Venice.

Our menu is inspired by tradition and dictated by the quality and availability of ingredients. We play off the similarities between the climates of Eastern Ontario and Northeast Italy, and create our take on classic dishes made with seasonal game, seafood and vegetables. Plus, sometimes we’ll just add whatever we want.

North and Navy was a complete experience. Right from the greeting as soon as we entered all the way till we left. The service was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable and explained the menu and all the items. They accommodated me being a vegetarian. The food was excellent. The ambience and the vibe was so moody. Perfect for our date night.

Good drinks, good food, good wines… what else can you ask for? A great service! We went with friends and the tasting menu was refreshing compared to the a la carte (which is nonetheless always a pleasure to order), nice Italian wines of various regions. Strongly recommend!

Patio was great, tables could be a touch taller. Service was perfect, management was pure class. The food was incredible. We will be back again. Theres a reason this is listed as one of the best restaurants in the country.

Excellent food and service. Eating here is more than just a meal it’s an experience. Ally was perfect with great recommendations and making sure everyone at our table enjoyed their evening.

Thank you for hosting me and my toddler for a very special dinner! I loved that a high chair was available for us and Stephen (I think that was his name?) even brought us colouring pages and crayons. We had meatballs and the corzetti dish, which my daughter loved!

Food was fabulous! Really enjoyed the tasting menu + wine flight. Service was excellent. Only criticism was that it was a bit loud. Would have preferred a quieter table.

The service was excellent. We enjoyed the pace of delivery of the tasting plate menu and the wine pairing suggestions. We had expected that the chef’s choice menu would include dishes different than the choices on the set menu, but we thoroughly enjoyed every dish which were well presented and unusually delicious.
