No Coast Sushi
We at No Coast Sushi value our resources and environment by purchasing our fish from fish purveyors who pledge to only fish in season, in stream fish without nets. We also purchase some fish, such as Yellowtail, from sustainable farms to help protect them as they are currently being overfished.
We fly our fish in from Honolulu Hawaii three times a week.
Our kitchen also gets deliveries of organic and/or hormone antibiotic free meats two times a week. We also purchase some locally grown produce when in season and continue to pledge to buy more each year.
We make 99% of all of our items in house including our sauces and drink mixes.
We care about our food, it"s quality, presentation and your enjoyment.
Our restaurant is urban modern with an active up-beat vibe.
Please join us and experience what sushi can be.

Great food and excellent service! Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The selection was outstanding, definitely something for everyone. Plenty of parking and prompt service. Friendly staff.
The noise level is atrocious. The sushi is over priced considering they don’t have the spread larger sushi establishments have. But it’s the best sushi in our sad one horse town
Awesome food and great people!
We always look forward to our dinner experience when we come back.
Great food and service. Fish is flown in several times per week and is very fresh and high quality. Great restaurant.
Always a great experience. Service and food above expectations
The sushi rolls are small in size and had very little taste. The spicy tuna roll was the most bland tasting sushi I have ever tasted.
It's fine sushi, asparagus/beef app was actually the best thing on the table - it was really tasty.
We celebrated together, had prompt service and wonderful food. We will be back!
The sushi is always good at No Coast. This trip was somewhat let down by the staff. We sat at the sushi bar hoping for some interaction with the chef and we were handed our sauce dish when we sat down and never spoken to again.
The wait staff was around but not very attentive and the sushi bar silent the whole time we were there.
Always good food but one hopes for a bit of the sushi bar experience when spending that much on sushi.
No coast is always amazing. Great food, atmosphere, and amazing service. The staff is one of a kind, you don't want to miss out.
Food was amazing, staff was friendly! We would definitely go back!!
Birthday outing for my wife. We were disappointed on several levels. First in our reservation booking through Open Table I indicated both, the fact that we had a birthday and a table location request. Neither were acknowledged. While we did get our favorite table after all, we were disappointed by both the food and the service. That said, one the "special's" we ordered for an appetizer was outstanding. I think it was called a Peach Pincher which was made with fresh Palisade peaches and crab with a basalmic drizzle and more. Unfortunately a couple of the other items in our meal were not so good. The California Roll was missing something, i.e. flavor. The rice seemed mushy and too moist. Finally, our waitress was VERY interested in serving a gentlemen at another table neglecting ours and others at a time when the restaurant was not very busy. We shall return someday hopefully to a better experience.
I love No Coast but the prices are now ridiculous. I shared 3 rolls and had 2 coctails and I dropped $100 myself after tip!! We used to come several times a week but will likely not go for another year because of the high prices. I'll have to win the lottery before I can afford this place again.
First time visit.
Food was good.
Drinks were expensive.
Very good service.
Our favorite restaurant. Delicious food and fresh, local ingredients.
No Coast Sushi is a great restaurant. The peach mojito is special this time of year. Our meals were outstanding. The Tofu miso was the best I have ever had. The sushi was excellent and the service and atmosphere was conducive to fine dining.
A fun restaurant.
We had a wonderful time, fantastic server!
Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is great!
Been there quite a few times. Food is good. Was disappointed that the anniversary celebration was not acknowledged even though I specifically said this was an anniversary celebration when I made the reservations thru open table.
Outstanding fresh fish, beautiful execution, not inexpensive but worth every penny! Highly recommend
Interesting variety of sushi with stellar service and a variety of microbrews oh I only wish their sign was a lot larger
It’s too loud. The acoustics are ridiculous. But the vide is good and the food is great
Always a treat!
Just lovely dinner. Dylan was awsome. I come here every time I travel to Grand Junction. Highly recommend
We can't say enough great things about No Coast. For starters we shared the salmon ceviche and gyoza, both are amazing. For dinner I had the wasabi nut crunch with raw yellowtail instead of broiled and salmon nigiri. I almost ordered a second round they were so good. My husband had the ramen, what a great value. The broth was an explosion of flavor. The staff was incredible! We can't wait to return.
Great food, amazing service, and very artfully arranged. No Coast Sushi is never disappointing. I feel like they are a little high priced compared to other comparable sushi places in Colorado and around the country, but the food an service are always excellent.
Always great sushi! Generous on their wine proportions! Saki is good too
It was really nice to go too a restaurant that we just found out about. The food was amazing.
Michael Gonzales is a true gem and asset to your restaurant! He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine. Cannot say enough about No Coast sushi! Favorite place in town.
A nice get together with long time friends at a fun/good place to eat! Enjoyed sharing our dishes!!! Good energy from the place and people!!!
Great food as always!!!
Consistently good meals prepared at the direction of a caring owner.
Eric and I have been going to No Coast since the opening day. We have just seen some things go down since this last year. Serving portions are smaller. The other night it was 9 pm when we were seated and I had to go up to our server to have him take our order. They were mopping around our table, which was gross. They were loud in the kitchen with loud music as if customers weren't there. Just disappointed.
Incomplete settings. Served food but no utensils. Table missing basics ie: dish for soy sauce no ginger or wasabi. Serving of fish was extremely small.
First time here and the sushi was great. Fish is very fresh and the food quality matches up to the best in Denver. Very impressive. Service was excellent also.
We arrived earlier than our party, and the server did not acknowledge us for 15 minutes. I ordered seared tuna, which I've had before - a good size serving for $18 - and I received a small tuna "rose" in the center of my plate for $27! Terrible value! My husband ordered the Poison Ivy Specialty roll, which used to be noticeably larger than a regular, say, California roll. The roll was very small for $17. Again, terrible value! We have been dining at No Coast for years, but I don't think we'll be back.
The food was outstanding, service excellent despite the place being super busy. We really enjoyed our dinner there.
One of my absolute favorite places to eat!!!!!!!!!
