    1-the hostess girl 1st shooed us away when we arrived at 4:40 for our 5:00 reserv…then when we came back she stared at us blankly/said nothing to us like Hello, how are you-SO awkward!! 2-we we’re sat back in this lonely room, several servers walked past us saying nothing, our waitress also never said Hello, how are you, Welcome. A very awkward/super casual service for an expensive restaurant!!! 3-my lobster ravioli was served lukewarm despite us being their very 1st customers of the night. 4-I gave A star for my husbands blackened grouper special that we eventually found out about-it was fabulous/delicious! And despite our Open table reservations said it was his birthday, I had to ask if they did anything for birthdays? The waitress became nice at the end, but the casual service and awkwardness had already set in. Will never go again and will not be giving recommendations for this restaurant. We should have just eaten at The Conch Republic again. Awesome food! So much room for improvement 915!!!!

    As wonderful as always. The special Black Grouper was outstanding. I had my usual Moma’s soup bowl but had to tast the grouper!

    Always have a great experience here. The food is always good although the young lady who is the hostess is miserable. She never has a smile on her face and is very Kurt with all people who enter the restaurant she should work in a place where she doesn’t have to be in contact with people.

    Perhaps it was a late (9pm) reservation but the service wasn't very good. When we didn't order drinks, it took quite a while for server to return for appetizers and dinner order. After dinner, we had to request a dessert menu. When we were all finished, it took another 15-20 minutes to get the check. As for the food, the seafood was excellent. The turkey and veggies were bland and dry and not recommended. The bacon wrapped dates were delicious but you only get 5 dates, hardly shareable! Overall, the service was lacking and the food was hit or miss. We can find better places in Key West.

    Excellent food and service. We were originally seated inside, which was lovely but even nicer outside and they managed to find us a table out there. The staff were so nice and helpful, food fantastic and great with my allergens.

    This is a must visit restaurant in Key West. Excellent food, portions were very fair - brilliant flavors that were amazing and as described in menu. Server Lauren(?) was easily one of the best we have experienced in a long time; she was polite, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly interested in our satisfaction - laid back but engaged fully, which takes skill. Gnocchi shareable was light and savory with truffle flair. The green curry seafood “Mama’s Soup” is a signature menu item for a reason, it’s so good that I almost stole it from my wife as she ate. Seared Ahi tuna with wok vegetables and basmati rice was on point. Wish we had room to eat more items from the menu. Victorian home restaurant’s location on Duval Street gives you a Key West vibe.

    Excellent restaurant unfortunately our server was not at all attentive. The hostess and bartender more than made up for the lack of service we received from our waitress. The food, drinks and ambiance are wonderful and definitely worth a trip while in Key West. Having dined here before we were very surprised with the lack of great customer service from our server.

    We selected to sit at the bar enjoying hand-crafted unique martinis by Damian from the DR- spectacular! The enjoyed three different Tapas-appetisers; each one was better than the other. Absolutely quality food, service and classy Keys vibe. Don't miss this intimate. Duval Street gem!

    Two visits with great service and great food so it’s consistently meeting a high standard for us. The lobster crostata, the burger and the Mongolian ribs are must try’s. The wedge and the beet salad are outstanding. Anna and Olga were very attentive. If your wondering where to go for a great meal, nine one five or bagatelle are both can’t go wrong options.

    The food is always well-prepared with quality ingredients and at a reasonable price for the quality of the food. In addition, the wine list is not huge, but it has nice wines at prices you would expect. Finally, the service is outstanding. We highly recommend the tuna tartare and ahi tuna dishes.

    We booked weeks in advance, asking for a table on the upper porch. We come to town twice a year and have never had an issue. There were new staff, and they tried to lead us to a back table in the dark with no airflow and no view. I let them know that when I booked with OpenTable I specifically requested a table on the upper porch with a view of the street and I followed it up with a phone call a few days before and we were assured we would have the table in the area we wanted. When I questioned where they were trying to seat us they were very mad that we would try to question where they wanted to put us. The food was excellent and that’s why we go there but the Service Staff were awful. We had friends who warned us about that issue as they were there the previous month, and the same thing happened to them. They requested a seat inside when booking and they sat them on the porch in the back area when they arrived. They said the staff was rude and refused to reseat them, even though the inside area was practically empty. We had a reservation for the following week for us and two other couples, and I just cancelled– never again with the staff that they have working right now.

    They forgot our salads we ordered. So we didn’t have them. Food came out immediately. No time to eat our appetizers. Service was terrible. In and out that’s all they cared about. Very disappointed because bagatelles s one of our favorite restaurants and this is owed by the same people.  Food was delicious though.

    Key lime bar dessert was fabulous. The whole snapper was just ok and the calamari too. Brussels sprouts were underdone and buried in parm. Cooked peppers were ok. But the server was abysmal. There was a fan blowing hard over us and we asked if she could get it turned down. She just turned and left. Never did a thing. She was surly to the point of downright rude. Best service was the busboy who was kind, pleasant and attentive. This is the first time in many decades of fine and ordinary dining that I have “bashed” a server, but this was really unacceptable.

    We were greeted by the hostess and told if we want to keep our inside OpenTable reservation we have to be out in 2 hours. That expectation set the tone for the evening. Conor, our server, was very nice and took our entire order, including drinks. He came back in 10 minutes to say that they were out of 2 entrees ordered. Not a good start at 5 PM with a 2 hour limitation. I had ordered a burger medium rare. It came out overly well done and had to go back. Everyone was done eating by the time my food came out. Fortunately we were able to get out of dodge in 2 hours. My second burger was delicious, fries crispy, as I like them. Everyone was happy with their second choice entrees. Our table hostess was extremely apologetic and compensated for the burger mishap. We left in time to make 915 happy and make our 8PM theater reservation. We will try 915 again when we visit the Keys again.
