Nine Fine Irishmen - New York - New York
Fantastic as always. Excellent service as always. Huge portions!
What a fun restraunt our meal was delicious the service was very good. We sat on the patio a.d people watched and there was a terrific live band playing. We will definitely eat here again everything was perfect!
The restaurant was everything I had heard about and more. OpenTable reservations worked great. Food and drinks were great and fairly large portions too.
Place is OK. Food was "Irish" pub food. Fish and chips, which I ordered were fine, nothing to write home about. Wife had Pork chop, huge portion. Place is noisy, really more of a bar than a restaurant.
We were a large party of eight but Joanna gave us exceptional service. She brought our drinks and food promptly and nothing was too much trouble. She’s a great asset to the Nine Fine.
We’ve eaten here several times and the food is good quality and very generous portions. Plus, they keep an excellent pint of Guinness.
Located in a lively hotel and casino, it’s a great venue to while away some hours with friends. Highly recommended.
Completely forgot one person’s meal in our party.
The restaurant, food and atmosphere is very nice. The front hostess area needs major improvement especially when welcoming those with reservations. Took several minutes standing directly in front of both hostesses to get acknowledged, when they did it seemed like a inconvenience. Was told to wait, received a text saying table was ready and stood at hostess area unacknowledged and when told about text it seemed like a bother. Unacceptable behavior for welcoming guests especially with a reservation.
Amazing staff that made for a wonderful experience. Great food as always!
Excellent food and service. The bread pudding was to die for. Loved the ambiance and decor. It was also very interesting to learn the history of the Nine Fine Irishmen whom the pub was named after. (They fought unsuccessfully against the British in 1848. Make sure ask about the story if you don't know it.)
Tomato salad was the perfect starter when it's 105° outside. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and peas hit the spot. Drink recommended (Gaelic Punch) tasted like the beach and Hawaiian Tropic. Great!!@
Perfect music and food! The size of the dishes are huge!
Food was fantastic and our server Steph was awesome!!
Loved the wedge salad with grilled chicken. Lots of chicken well worth the price!
Outstanding service, food and vibe! My favorite in Las Vegas!
Excellent dinner as always! Nine Fine Irishmen is a family favorite. Arriving in the early evening allows for a dining environment that is not terribly noisy, but after the band arrives I imagine it can get quite boisterous. Certainly no complaints.
Husband and I had lunch here and it hit the spot. The corned beef sandwich was tasty while the fish and chips was fried to perfection. All paired with a pint of cold Guinness beer. It's a bit pricey for us but then it's most food in Vegas.
Simply the best Irish bar in Las Vegas!
Why go anywhere else?
Great music, awesome atmosphere, excellent food. AAA +++
Celebrating our 36th anniversary and with our 12 year old grandson in tow, Nine Fine Irishmen left us wowed, full, pleased, and thankful.
From the hostess to the food server to the restaurant manager to the area director ... even the bartender (!) found ways to compliment us and congratulate us on our special day and make us feel so very welcome.
We were immediately seated outside (!) where shade and cooling misters took away the early evening remnants of a hot day. A trio played relaxing classics from the ‘60s and ‘70s not far from us and not so loud that we couldn’t talk in a normal conversational volume.
The food was exceptional and a great value. I had a rib-eye that could almost be cut with a fork! Juicy and full of natural flavor. My wife and I also split the tomato salad ... oh my! Tomatoes as sweet as apples!!! My grandson enjoyed an enormous cheeseburger while my wife dined on their Shepard’s Pie. Both fine examples of the culinary art being practiced in the kitchen.
I highly recommend Nine Fine Irishmen for any occasion.
Try the Concannon soup. It is the best I’ve had compared to other Irish restaurants. Wife really enjoyed her fish and chips. What stood out for us was the blond manager. The place was very busy. We had a reservation and needed to be seated on time because we had tickets to Paul McCartney. The outside staff told us that there was a 20 minute wait even though we had the reservation. However that manager stepped in and took a progressive approach and found a table for us. I wish more managers were like her. Promote her now!!!
The food is fine for a bar but it’s not a place for having dinner. Menu is limited and extremely overpriced for the quality
Paul McCartney concert
Seated in the back alone most of the time with people continually walking in and out. Now after dinner they had fantastic music both outside and inside there was an Irish band. That was a 5 star time!
Had to wait 35 minutes and had a reservation. Then waitress ordered beer, came back then said they were getting it. 15 minutes later informed me they where out.
Great service and great food. Steak was perfect. Four of us ate dinner and everybody was very happy with the entire experience
One of our favorite places to eat in Vegas! Enjoyed a great dinner eating outside under the misters.
Nice size portions in a nice pub setting. Very good beer selections and recommend shepherd pie.
We visited Nine Fine Irishmen for a casual dinner last night. While the hostesses were very nice and the theme of the restaurant was super neat, those were our biggest pluses. The food wasn’t bad by any means, but definitely wasn’t the best for the value either. It was just OK. Our waitress, unfortunately, acted like she hated her life, too. She came up to us and stared at us waiting for us to say something, no greeting, etc. Every question we asked her was an inconvenience to her. Although we appreciate the live entertainment, a dB reading of 98 was ridiculous for a dinner at a casual eatery and it made it impossible to have conversation with our guests outside of the few words we got in between songs. The performers were lively though and seemed to really enjoy the act, so they get points there.
One of our favorite stops in Vegas. Great food and atmosphere and they don't try to rush you out like some places do,
We eat here everytime we go to Vegas! We love their beer cheese dip as an appetizer and all their food is amazing!
The food was awesome and the atmosphere is very unique. Our waiter, Cory, was very attentive and funny. He had good recommendations and they did not disappoint. We had the Bangers and Mash and Shepherd’s Pie for entreees. Definitely recommend and definitely will return.
Loved the place; loved the music after dinner and in fact we stayed and dropped another $100 plus in drinks to hear the band. The food was LOUSY. One of the ladies thought the meatloaf was good...not great..the other lady had fish & chips and waited till her second piece of fish was cold for the waiter to finally come by with additional tarter sauce...both the men had Lamb Stew which was lacking lamb, and wasn't flavorful at all. We all agreed the service was poor and the food substantially less than expected. We would never return for dinner and will never recommend the restaurant.
We made an online booking for 8 but when we got there, the staff said there was no booking. No explanation, no option or consideration. They were blunt and rude, so we had to find an alternate restaurant. We had all been there a number of times on previous visits so we were keen to spend money on food and drinks. The girls on the front desk area need to be trained in customer service. Not good.
We had the New York Strip and it was absolutely wonderful. But it's the creamed corn we keep coming back for. It is worth the trip to Vegas.
We had good good and a great waitress. She was engaging and attentive. Would go again.
Excellent food and excellent service. Waiter was entertaining and accommodating.
the service that night was very slow even with the resturant only half full
Nine Fine Irishmen is our destination restaurant when we go to Vegas. It is located in New York New Youk. The pub is authentic and full of charm. There are little cozy spots throughout the pub for a great date night and there are rooms to accommodate larger parties.
We always book late enough to eat and enjoy the band, which we have listened to for over 10 years! They play so many great Irish songs, take requests and have a dancer who does an amazing routine up on a platform.
The food is really really good. Dishes like Bangers and Mash, Pot Pie, Shepards Pie and melt in your mouth lamb.
In a city full of glitz and glamour, this place is real, incorporating three basic ingredients that add up to a wonderful dining experience-excellent food, a fabulous band and a charming, authentic atmosphere. 5 star in all categories!
Delicious! Thank you! The fish and chips were amazing!
My sister and I went for my birthday dinner and had the most entertaining dinner out. The music was great, the ambiance was on point and the staff were more than amazing. Paula (hostess) was a delightful woman. She assisted my sister, who at the time was in a full leg cast, to and from the restroom, bar, and around the restaurant in general. The waiter, Tim, was a complete delight. Made jokes, entertained us to his fullest ability and gave us a night we won’t soon forget. We plan to make several more trips to this location just for the staff alone. Thank you!
