Nikai Sushi and Game is a Japanese restaurant specializing primarily in sushi, sashimi and nigiri plates. The interior of the restaurant echoes the best parts of Japanese restaurants. The walls are a pale wood color reminiscent of bamboo and rows of backlit sake bottles line the top of the wall as decor. As in most traditional sushi restaurants, there is only one place to sit, and that is around Nikai's sushi bar, which wraps all the way around the kitchen in a square. Nikai's menu is split into sections featuring nigiri, sashimi and sushi rolls. The nigiri and sashimi function mainly as appetizers, although you can order a sampler for your meal if you'd like. The sushi rolls are further broken down into "six dollar rolls," which are simple, classic rolls like red snapper, albacore, tuna and salmon while the section includes signature rolls like the truffled tuna, which are much more unique and elaborate
