Rare to have a restaurant actually care about a special occasion these days - we loved the glasses of champagne they brought to us! All of us came from out of state. We had never been to Nick & Sam’s. We chose due to reviews. What a wonderful business meeting/birthday celebration! Chris was our server and was absolutely phenomenal. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were everything we anticipated and more. We will be back!

Thanks to Sean, EJ, the head chef and all the staff who made yesterday evening absolutely perfect! From the food to the service and all the little and not so little touches throughout the evening, it was all spectacular! Thank you all again! We will return!

                                                                                                                                I’ve been to Nick & Sam’s quite a few times and always enjoyed it, so I thought it’d be the perfect spot to bring my wife for her birthday. But this time around, I left feeling pretty disappointed. Right when we walked in, one of the younger male hosts told me hats weren’t allowed in the dining area. I was wearing a cowboy hat with a business casual outfit, and I get it. I know the etiquette, and I’ve been there before, so I just said “I know” and kept it moving. What rubbed me the wrong way was walking to our table and seeing young Caucasian kids in jerseys, t-shirts, and even what looked like a Mavs player in basketball shorts. It felt like different rules were being applied to different people - particularly me the black guy - and that kind of inconsistency makes you feel like you’re being singled out. I’m not trying to cause a fuss, but when you go somewhere to celebrate with your wife and spend good money, you expect to be treated with the same level of respect as everyone else.

Dinner was delicious with the Waygu hot dog, fries, Mac & cheese and a salad. We loved the rainbow cake which was delicious. Thank you for the memorable experience!
