Loved this high tea experience! Best tea I have ever had! We were able to pick different teas each time we finished our personal pot and each tea was steeped to perfection before being brought to our table. Unfortunately we were not able to sit inside due to the latest Covid 19 restrictions and the street was a bit loud. The inside looked absolutely adorable. Can’t wait to go back when indoor dining is allowed again to get the full experience and enjoy the ambience.

Personally, I think the cakes were too sweet and the waitress was rude. It felt like she didn't care about being there and it was a chore to serve us.

It's a cute time if you have the money to spend. Service was ok, wish it was more of an experience rather than just getting the job done. I made a reservation a week ahead of time and in the "special requests" section i asked for best seat for birthday reasons. The sat us probably in the worst seat by the bathroom hallway. Why is there even a special requests section if its just ignored? They forgot to take our tea order, so we reminded them. All in all it was a cute and fine experience, but after spending 140$ for 2 people for tea you just expect a little more. I've worked in the industry for 18 years, so I just hope this review helps in some way.

The timed reservation was too short to consume the full high tea so we had to take it to go and our server was literally on us like every 10 minutes monitoring the time which really took away from the overall experience. They should book longer time slots for people to consume the food and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed at that price point. Would not go back.

The food was mediocre at best. I was very disappointed and felt that this place was more hype than value and quality. The service was great and their tea selection wonderful.

This tea house is a carnival caricature, catering to giving people the “experience” of high tea. It had the price of high tea, but none of the charm. Our waitress managed to make us feel like she was taking us through a vaudeville skit, in a very piercing voice, without once making eye contact. The food was meh (although they had admirable options for gluten free and veg/vegan). One of the sweets had rancid coconut cream in it. The thing I was most excited for (Devonshire cream) was nowhere to be found. With our scones we got portions of cream cheese and cool whip. Having had proper high tea in England, I would say that this was a farce. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost

My wife and I have been here before so we decided to get the vegetarian version this time. It was fantastic! The usual salmon lox were replaced with smoked carrot slices. The meatless sliders were also wonderful. With reduced capacity we felt very intimate. Great experience.

A lovely late morning high tea experience for my daughter and I. The staff were polite, friendly, and very child-friendly. The Tinkerbell high tea was amazing, and the food artistry was high-level. I really enjoyed the vegetarian high tea. A little pricey, but great for a special occasion. All precautions were used to make it a safe dining experience during this time. Overall, I would return!

You pay for the experience. The food is mediocre, the tea is nice, the service is good...it's a fun experience once in a while, but you aren't there for the food quality. Kids liked it.

I had a friend visiting from out of town. This was the best place to sip on bubbly. Nibble on beautiful little sandwiches and superb sweets, while catching up. The variety of endless tea selections was amazing. The ambience is so playful and brings home the feelings of childhood tea parties! But with the adult refined tastes to go with it!

The service was not great. It took half an hour to get a drink, the server was quite rude, cutting us off and barely coming to our table. It felt uncomfortable, rushed and like we were a Nuisance because we chose not to order $55 high teach each and opted for something lighter. There was another girl who stepped in a few times to see if we needed anything after long waits and she was wonderful. I was surprised and disappointed by this experience as I’ve been before many times and it was not a great welcoming experience which you would expect for an $80 dollar lunch.

Not a pleasant experience when you are limited in so many ways. If you are having high tea, you would spend over $50 (with tax and tips), but you will be rushed, being told you need to leave soon while other tables that came there at the same time as you were still there, not looking like they need to pack up. The amount of food is enough if you had lunch before, but for $50 should be more than enough. They don't let people share or adults order something from kids selection, which is a bit different from the one for adults and that was the main reason why we wanted it, not for the lower price. It seems that their business model is putting the amount of money they can get first, all at the expense of customer's experience. Also, staff should know that customers can see them when they talk about them in the middle of the floor.

Neverlands Sweet and savoury treats were both excellent. The mad Hatter’s tea was creative and beautifully presented. Every item of food and drink was excellent! Good value. I noted that the savoury portions were a good size unlike some high teas, & very satisfying. 5 star experience !

Lovely tea setting and cozy space, very whimsical tea presentation and nice goodies! We both took home leftovers from high tea. Our server was unfortunately a little rude, but maybe she was just having a bad day. The other staff seemed very cheerful and pleasant.

Very cute decor inside. As this is a tea house specializing in a vegan tier, I had hoped they could accommodate my dietary needs, but they straight up told me ‘we can’t cater to your needs’. I’m not sure if that was meant to be cannot or a will not ‘can’t’. I ended up having duplicates for the sweets and an extra sandwich for the scone. (I did reserve two weeks in advanced and called to inquire about the menu options, I think two weeks is plenty of time to invent an alternative). Seeing as I was really excited to try their tea service, I still attended my reservation. The server who first approached us was sweet and as she started to ask if we had questions, another server came up and announced the she was not to help us as another server was going to, due to the allergy and dietary requests. The new server came over and was super rude with statements such as “because you have allergies, your tier doesn’t have as many things. You have replacements and doubles.’
Finally, we get our order in and it comes out fine. After 20 mins into our tiers, we experience the server rushing us. We understand we have 90 mins to enjoy our tea and food! But the server came over and started clearing our table. She came to check on us twice in our stay and the second time was to announced we had 30 mins left and to bring the boxes and check. When the boxes came, we packed up the stuff we clearly felt had no time to eat (a fair few things from the tier), a server picked up our empty tiers and exclaimed “wow! You are all of it!” Please don’t shame us. Also, did you notice we all have boxes? Also, did you notice we still have 22 mins of our seating time left and we were being rushed out? I understand Saturday’s are busy, but I also understand how to eat my tier and settle up in 90 mins. It was super loud inside and I could hardly have a decent conversation with my friends. Truly disappointed with my first experience here.
