Wyoming’s distinctive spirit is central at Steadfire, a modern chophouse celebrating the heritage, resources and stories of the American West. The finest meat, fish, game and vegetables are prepared by flame, primarily sustainably sourced from local ranchers and farmers. Grilled, roasted and smoked dishes anchor a menu that equally highlights lighter fare, heirloom breads and pastries, and a classic raw bar. Complementing the food menu is a robust American wine list, craft cocktails and a whiskey for every occasion. From breakfast to dinner, Steadfire is refreshingly modern while anchored in the heart of the American frontier.

   Located in the Sweetwater Gondola Mid-Station, this upscale chalet reflects a regional appeal offering a unique modern dining experience that combines perfectly with the warmth of a traditional winter ski resort experience. Guests can enjoy a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, craft beverages, and a welcoming ambiance that invites relaxation and socializing. Lunch seating 11-2:30 daily, bar après menu available until 3:45 daily.
   Reservations strongly recommended. A fee of $30 per person will be charged for no shows and same day cancellations. Reservations will be no showed after 15 minutes. For guests dining without a ski pass, please access the gondola through the line for foot traffic. Last day for the winter season is 3/30/25.

   Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious local gourmet offerings and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas.
   Dinner is served daily from 5:00PM-8:30PM, June 15th through September 7th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.
