From the NA drink I ordered, to the delicious Salad and onto our Main Entrees everything was outstanding. The service was top notch too.

Great food and wonderful people. Really enjoyed being there.

This was our first dining experience in Wausau. Van Acre's was recommended by the staff at Courtyard. It was a great recommendation. We arrived a few minutes early, so we waited in the lobby. When our table was ready, they seated us at a table for two with a busy walkway beside us. It was also noisier than we desired. We asked to be moved and the manager checked to see if a booth would become available. We waited just a few minutes and had a great experience. Our waitress, who was engaged, was outstanding. She was pleasant and offered great recommendations. She was attentive, but not hovering. Everyone made this dining experience wonderful. We both had the tomahawk pork chop which was very good and highly recommended.
