I liked the fact the dressing was on the side, so I was able to determine how much I wanted to add in. My Sirloin was done perfectly. I really enjoyed the red wine reduction. For dessert we did both the Raspberry Sorbet & the Brownie Sundae. Both were great. Good to see Chef Val & his staff really hitting their stride.
