Our server Marlena Followed my open table instructions perfectly. My elder guest had a wonderful birthday dinner and beautiful chocolate dessert delivered with a birthday candle. The surprise went down beautifully thanks to Marlena.More info74 Main at MillstonePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• New London•4.4

- BBtnhollandVIPGreater Boston •56 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoI’m so glad this restaurant is now on open table. In the past getting a reservation was difficult. Food and service were excellent. I had one of their mini pizzas and it was delicious and large enough for leftovers. My husband had the seafood Fra Diablo over veggies instead of pasta because he’s on a low carb diet. They were great to accommodate. Atmosphere was good, even live music. Just a little noisy my only complaint.More infoGiuseppe's Pizzeria & RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Meredith•4.5

Discover Holderness
The natural beauty of the White Mountains and Squam Lake draw people to Holderness, which is also home to a variety of restaurant styles. American fare can be found in pubs, taverns and grills serving everything from deli sandwiches to gourmet burgers. Many have the quaint charm of days gone by with old-fashioned storefronts or 1950s-style diner interiors. Several restaurants feature international cuisine. Small family-owned Chinese cafés provide exceptional service along with rich, colorful meals. Traditional aromatic flavors can be found in the Peking duck, sweet and sour pork and kung pao chicken. Other Holderness eateries have put a Mediterranean twist on dishes like the meat lover’s canini, which is a cross between panini and a calzone, for maximum Italian flavor.
