- AAimeeVIPNashville •30 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe enjoyed our dinner at Etch in the Factory. It recently opened and we were excited to meet friends there and give it a try. Our server, Victoria, was friendly and helped us decide on drinks and what we might want for dinner. The ambiance was fun, lively and full of conversation. The food and drinks were delicious and we will be going back.More infoetch - FranklinPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Franklin•4.7

Ambiance was lively (music, not people). I don't know if I'd go when it's busy because it looks like it would get mobbed by tourists. Outdoor champagne patio? Come on!? But in January on a weekday? All day long! Do it!More infoGeistPrice: Expensive• American• Germantown•4.8

Discover Columbia
As a rural area home to farmers and working communities, Columbia is especially known for farm-grown food. You will find a number of places serving steaks and hamburgers. There are also several local markets with cafes inside, offering a wide selection of specialty soups and sandwiches. Columbia is close to Nashville, which is music city, so you'll find some restaurants where you can sit back, eat, and listen to live music. There is also Creole and Cajun food in the area, serving classic New Orleans dishes like crawfish and shrimp etouffée, lobster ravioli, and other delicious Louisiana recipes. Also, you won't want to miss any of the annual events where you'll find all kinds of rodeo food as farmers celebrate Columbian traditions.
