The food was outstanding! Beautiful presentation and tasted like you would expect from a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Short staffing caused delay, but the waiter was caring, experienced, and very likable. We enjoyed the steak and the pasta Ragu. The fennel salad was delicious!!

Amazing cuisine as always and perfect service. Quintessential Bozeman Montana. Epic scenery.

The Highlander is a perfect example of Montana class. Superb wine cellar paired with exceptional chef creations in a rustic woods setting. The live band’s lead singer has amazing pipes. The closest comparison I could think of is Cindy Lauper. The steaks are thick, juicy and perfectly grilled. This visit I had the Red Caribbean Stew. Think Thai red curry? With the protein of your choice, this spicy coconut sauce was paired with baby potatoes and white rice. Wonderful!

We we’re staying on site at the fields and had reservations, but as dinner time approached so did a rainstorm and we weren’t much in the mood for socializing. Staff went above and beyond and delivered our dinner to our tent!! we offered to come pick it up, but they were so kind to bring it to us to enjoy the privacy of our own tent!
