Every dish I have had at this restaurant is very delicious. Servers are always friendly!

My sister and I had the pleasure of dining at Talia Kitchen on Friday, May 16th. It was a dining experience that awakened my taste buds to flavors that I had not had the pleasure of experiencing before. We started with the matcha martini and water lily. Perfection! The whipped ricotta starter with house made focaccia was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Ronnie who explained the making of this creation. We then had the roasted delicata squash. Who knew that squash could be so scrumptious. The combination of ingredients was amazing. Next was the Moroccan spiced Mary’s half chicken. Yum! Cooked to perfection and mouthwatering. Then came the prime back loin center cut local swordfish. Cooked to perfection; seared on the outside and moist on the inside. The flavor combination was perfect. And to end the meal we had the caramelized honey panna cotta. First time ever having this dessert and hope to have again soon. Perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The presentation of each dish was very good and the combination of ingredients brought a sense of balance and color on the plate. My compliments to the chef and staff who made our dining experience so memorable. The staff is polite and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions. Excellent service for our large group. BJ’s food is dependably good. Love their Amber Ale!
