Full of fat and other unedibles. My mashed potatoes were somewhat stiff on the bottom. It was obvious my plate had sat under the heat lamps for a while. The food was exemplary, the drinks were good and the service was outstanding. We dined outside on the patio and the weather was perfect. There was a large party inside and the sound volume was quite a bit louder.
