The service was amazing! Our waiter, Chuck, was incredibly friendly, informative, patient, and understanding. It was my first time dining at Chop House, and he made the entire experience memorable. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be asking for Chuck again! The food was outstanding. The bread was fresh, the salads were crisp and refreshing, and the ribs were some of the best I've ever had. I was extremely impressed with every part of the meal. I celebrated my birthday there, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. I will definitely be back to celebrate more special occasions in the future!

I always have a nice dining experience at Cooper's Hawk. The service is especially exemplary every time I have visited. But this past visit our server, Aubrey really stood out! She was warm and friendly, very knowledgeable about the wine and menu offerings, and made the experience all around wonderful.

Good was delicious, service was excellent! We brought some friends who have never at Firebirds. They were impressed and said they will be back.

We had the four course meal ... alpine cheese ... coq au vin with classic meats ... and dark chocolate for dessert. Everything met expectations. Quiet night in the restaurant (mid-week) ... service was great. Celebrated a birthday .. server brought little piece of cake with candle on plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate.

The diner was fabulous. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The waitress was warm and friendly. She checked on us to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Great ambience-great food! We totally enjoyed our evening.
