    Some of the staff didn't seem so pleasant or "enthused"... Even the hostess. To me that's shocking if that's your position — the fake smile was easily seen through. It was an overall very good meal, but I wasn't blown away, and that is why I'm giving an overall 4/5. Thank you for the delicious meal, I only would suggest better service for the first person you see walking into the restaurant – the host/hostess.

    Food and service was excellent. Michele has been our server for a couple of years now and we eat there maybe once per month.

    We had a great experience—food was wonderful, waitress was very attentive without hovering too much. Highly recommend and if you’re looking for a good drink, the double black diamond martini is top notch!

    Salmon entree cooked to perfection (medium rare) with steamed vegetables and ancient grains. Glass of St Supery Sauvignon Blanc. Carrot Cake nuked for 25 seconds for warm center with caramel sauce. Just perfect. No booth, ask for a table, more comfortable for a large man.

    Firebird did not disappoint we were celebrating our 19th Anniversary. And I’m very happy we chose Firebird for Our evening out.

    I don’t know if the wait staff was just off, but service was not great. Sorry, it’s expensive to eat out. We were dining for my husband’s birthday and made a reservation, service was incredibly slow. Food was really good, thank you to the kitchen.

    Had another great meal at Firebirds Grill at Austin Landing. The ribs were superb,as always, and my wife had the Colorado chicken salad which she raved about! Always a nice time at Firebirds.
