- DDominicNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoIt was mine and my partners first time after months of driving past and saying we would love to come and dine in. From the moment we stepped in the door we were seen by members of staff who made sure we were okay while we waited to be seated. The experience was lovely, the decor, the music, the vibe felt amazing and comfortable. It was our first date in 2 years and we are soo glad we came to experience the ffolkes. The food was exceptional, everything cooked perfectly, seasoned well and presented beautifully. Our waiter Alex was amazing, he made us feel comfortable, was polite, happy and was such a genuinely nice guy which made our experience even better. We loved every second of our visit and can't wait to come back soon. 10/10 for everything and a special thank you to Alex for making the dining experience that little more special.More infoThe FfolkesPrice: Moderate• Fusion / Eclectic• King's Lynn•4.6

On top of this, the staff were so kind and helpful and everyone seemed to truly love their job and each other - it’s a family run restaurant and you really do get that homely feeling while you’re there. I had a lovely chat with the one of the Sons who work there (forget to get his name) but he was a really nice dude and seemed passionate about making the restaurant as good as it can be. I will definitely be back, I haven’t been here since they had a place on the bailgate years ago and I am kicking myself for not going back sooner!More infoOle Ole TapasPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Lincoln•4.8
- SSteveNorfolk/Suffolk •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA lovely Valentines Day lunch. Very, very good service as always. Table with a great view over the marshes. No Bacardi stocked so my wife chose water. The Brancaster Brewery Oystercatcher was a lovely brew! We had oysters first then mussels then a pud. Oysters good but not as big or well presented as previous visits to be rated excellent. Mussels were also good but not excellent. Good quantity and fries kindly substituted for focaccia but size and cookedness (?) of the mussels varied. Excellent effort for a busy Valentines Day lunch service!!! Local real ale at £5/pint and a service charge of 10% seemed very reasonable indeed.More infoThe White Horse - Brancaster StaithePrice: Expensive• British• Brancaster Staithe•4.6
- CChrisLincolnshire •3 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoGenerally, v good, as usual. Perhaps we should have asked for a window table as we were rather ‘crammed’ into a relatively small area occupied by quite a few other diners! The rest of the main dining area was somewhat sparsely used. Overall, food and service were excellent - looking forward to next visit!More infoThe Kingsway HotelPrice: Expensive• British• Cleethorpes•4.6
