From start to finish the experience was great. The service was amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The detail and quality of the food was fantastic! Every dish tasted great!

Another exceptional meal at Kibou Cheltenham last night to celebrate the end of my twin Granddaughters A Level exams! Hannah our server was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble! The food was outstanding as always and we tried some of the new options and they were delicious! Thank you all so much!

Another excellent meal on a punishingly hot day. Two of us had the monkfish, which came with a very well judged saffron sauce, mussels, creamed potatoes and broccoli (rather then asparagus as advertised). The other tucked in to the sirloin and braised beef shin, with French fries and broccoli. For dessert, we all enjoyed the baked Alaska with fruit compote and ice cream - just right for the weather. Service was very friendly, prompt and efficient.

The breakfast is the perfect start to the day! It came with a refreshing Green Juice, pastries and a beautifully cooked breakfast! All very delicious!

It was quite chilly when we arrived as the doors were open on both sides of the building and no heating, but we closed the doors neatest us and as the place got busy it warmed up! Our order was taken, but we had to wait around 20 + mins to be served. The food was beautifully presented and really good! I ordered a coffee which arrived in a huge cup (much bigger than normal coffee cups) and I took one sip and had to return it - it tasted chemical and honestly, like instant coffee - which was disappointing. However the staff were very kind and did not charge me for it.
