Another wonderful experience at this excellent restaurant. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere with a wide menu that offered everything I was after. Cooked to perfection and served with care by polite, helpful and discrete staff. Highly recommended

We enjoyed the whole experience of the meal, it is such a warm and friendly place with so much history and character. The food was amazing, went on Steak night (Thursday) and the choices of different cuts of meat, sauces and sides were great. All four of us enjoyed our meals and had with different combos of sides, starters and main meals which was great. The service was fantastic again and has been on all three occasions we have previously visited. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Had the Afternoon Tea for 2 as a birthday treat . The staff, as usual, were friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was fantastic, scones, sandwiches and mini cakes/pastries. With the theatre of some dry ice! A great birthday treat, highly recommended.
