Hen and Chickens is a great curry house. The food is beautifully prepared and very well presented... and very tasty. Service is quick and careful and the waiting staff look after you very well. The place has the feeling of an old city 'boozer' with good honest ambiance and a good bar. We'll definitely be back

Excellent service and excellent food in a great environment. Couldn’t ask for more.

We watched the Wimbledon Men’s Final at the pub on a pre booked table. The weather was very hot and the menu was reduced due to the heat in the kitchen to be fair to the chefs. We all enjoyed the food that was served. I am a regular and the pub is dog friendly which helps a lot. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for a cosy pub, nice staff and accommodating regulars.
